More unusual dice from Tim's never ending collection...
A spherical die that has a clever internal weighting system; an electronic die and chocolate dice...!
A die with regular numbers on each face, but there is also a little picture of a train on each face - does anyone know what they are for?
A very mathematical die, which has an unusual way of creating the numbers 1 to 6, only using the number 9 and various mathematical symbols. So 99/99 is of course 1. √9 (9+9/9) is 6, etc.
Double dice have a smaller die inside a larger transparent die. So you just roll one object, but you get two results.
A 10 sided die, a tetrahedron shaped die, and other strange shapes.
A pair of dice that are supposed to forecast the weather, with different symbols on each face.
Dice that you can customise - each face can be removed and clipped onto a different face. Normally, opposite faces add up to 7, so the 6 is opposite the 1. Here you can change things around. And given that there are extra faces, you could even make your own non transitive dice! See www.grand-illusions.com/maths...
Finally, a 'silent die' - which has rubber corners, so rolls almost silently!

My only complaint is the game goes on a bit long. I reduce it from 15 to 10 rounds for my game nights, which is just enough to get to the highest card without the game getting old. The other thing is that symbols are hard to grok at first glance. Probably an okay choice if your game group has some experience with deck building, as this is essentially dice building.

Here's a very peculiar die, which I never quite seen before, but is somewhat popular. Games Workshop refers to this as a "dee 20". Just like how a regular die has 6 sides, this is a very bizarre die which has 20 sides. From what I understand, this is used for... complicated mathematic equations in pen-and-paper games such as Dungeons and Dragons. It's become somewhat of a symbol in the culture, and- ah! There we are, a perfect 20! A "natural 20" I believe it's called, in which you excel in whatever action you're doing, so if you were to for instance whack something in the game, you would do double damage. A 1 in 20 chance that is, I should consider myself lucky. :]

I love dice, in all their wondrous variety, and the sounds they make.
Also, for anyone confused: one is a "die," more are "dice," and the dots on the standard 6-sider (the cube, the d6), are "pips." The one he called a 9 is a 10-sider (0-9), the one he called a 10 is a 20, numbered 0-9 twice. And the two odds ones with the 4-sider, the pyramid, are a 10 and a 6, just oddly shaped.

I think that 20-sided die is still technically a d10. It doesn't become a d20 until you use a grease pencil to fill in the second set of numbers with a different color. Otherwise you have to pair it with a second die roll for "high/low."

The high pitched sounds, especially at the ending are still too loud

What a shame your spherical die is cracked. I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure I've had mine for over forty years...although, remembering when/where I got some little thing like that isn't the easiest, especially since I've been picking up funny little things my whole life, and not usually losing or getting rid of them.
I'm a little confused as to how you managed to miscount the sides on the ten-sided inside a ten-sided. I know at least one other person has noticed, but still--it's not hard for most people to count to ten. Heh.

Please remove the high pitched sounds at the start and the end of the video. A lot of people watch before sleeping and those sounds are not helpful :/

    That’s not a 9 sided dice, it’s a d10 in a d10. Two d10s rolled together are commonly used to roll from 1-100 called a percentile or d100
