    This is one of the best, and most succinct, explanations of the Bondage of the Will that I've heard. I'll have to share it with a Bible study I'm leading.

    The classical definition is the ability to act against your nature. So the question can man be good (act well) with his corrupt nature. And the scriptures and our experience say, no we can’t. Are we free upon rebirth to act against our now good nature. Unfortunately, that answer is yes.
