      Hi if you get it for free do you still need to pay for the duty taxes? I just won this keyboard as a Giveaway, and would like to make sure if I need to pay for the duty tax or not.

    How do you think this compares to the Keychron V1 as they are both about the same price?

    • @SimulatorTech
      @SimulatorTech  Год назад +2

      I haven't tried the v1 but from what I've researched online, the v1 has via support and better dampeners while the yz75 has better rgb and included accessories like keycaps, switches, and the badge. In the end its about what you want to prioritize

      Gmmk pro is made of nicer materials, but the yz75 is significantly cheaper and includes switches + keycaps. I wouldn't consider them in the same bracket

      @@TheRealEggPlayz you honestly don't need to spend a lot of money to have a good sounding keyboard.. look up the gmk67 it's a great budget keyboard, just get some good budget switches and keycaps and boom the board will sound great with everything stock. I have jwick black linears and what i consider budget keycaps for $45 on my gmk67 and i enjoy it alot

    hi I just got this board and no matter what mod I did, the space bar sounds so hollow and sounds like it “clanks” against the plate. Did you face the same issue? I usually can fix any rattly or bad spacebar but this one I had no luck with 🥲 thank you for your info!!

    • @SimulatorTech
      @SimulatorTech  Год назад

      With bad sounding spacebars, I like to put tape under the keycap, but the bad sound could be influenced by things like keycap material, switches, and mods.
      Edit: Oh yeah I don't recall mine sounding bad

    • @hailol4523
      @hailol4523 Год назад +1

      @@SimulatorTech thank u ^_^ im not sure why, it just sounds so bad to me even after mods and trying 3 diff stabs from my other boards. Something is ratttly and clanking even tho the space bar has minimal ticking when I tap on it :( I tried adding stuff like foam and tape inside my space bar but it still sounds so clunky. thank you anyway ☺️

    • @SimulatorTech
      @SimulatorTech  Год назад

      Huh that's really strange. If you haven't already, maybe try using a different spacebar keycap. If the prongs aren't perfectly aligned they could be causing issues with the stabs regardless of which ones you're using. Tbh this is a shot in the dark and I'm sorry I can't really help you that much 😅

      @hailol4523 Год назад +1

      @@SimulatorTech Don’t be sorry, thanks for replying at all :) it sounds a little better now but still probably the worse space bar out of my entire collection :,) I bought a nice grey space bar with designs on it so I’m not using the stock space bar, maybe that has something to do with it. 😅
