Turkey Tail brought me out of the worst episode of illness I've ever had! I was suffering with kidney disfunction and slowly dying. The Turkey Tail tea cleaned up my kidneys and restored my energy and appetite!
You're intro is magical! Especially so in winter! Mushrooms are magical and winter is Magical ! Both wonderlands. Sipping some peppermint myco tea next to fire and snow on ground listening to this is a vibe!!
Always a joy to watch your videos and never too old to earn new Information about the wonderful world of micology keep up the great work shout out from southern oregon
I found a small patch of p. Pelliculosa while exploring at the coast 2 weeks ago, was so excited to have finally found a psilocybe after so many hours searching this year. Unfortunately I damaged the cap so wasn't able to take it back and print it but I did get a chance to peel off the distinct pellicle and all but confirm my suspicion in the field.
I'm up in Bellingham and the season was definitely stolen from us this year but I've been out searching, especially for the Cyans and Peliculosas. Nice finds!
I wish there were more opportunities like that! That was pretty cool. But it does give me an idea for a future video when growing season slows down, "good wild edible mushrooms and their poisonous look-alikes."
Thanks again Aaron, my problem is I'm in Ireland our weather is all over the place and I could be out looking for mushrooms that only grow in America, it's all part of the fun and learning.
I never touch foil! Almost grabbed a needle in foil by the river one time and will pick up about everything else. Your awesome I've annoyed friends by using scientific names of mushrooms I've remembered from your videos.
I'm very new to wild mushroom identification. It would be SO helpful if you would also say what they are in layman's terms for us "newbies"...😊 not everyone knows the technical terminology
How long had it been since sub-freezing temps there? Is it still? I'm in Southern Oregon and it's been snowing heavily. I miss mushrooming and hope to get back out there as soon as possible :)

That was awesome to see the good and the bad side by side wish we could see more like that.
