Anyone that comes across this video ever have a hard time getting the pass side back in? The outer screw does not want to line up for me and I'm at whits end
The aftermarket ones don’t always fit, so you may have to file or drill out the hole in the plastic bracket to get the bolt in. I cut off the alignment nubs that were part of the molding to get mine to fit and align right.
My K1500 came with new lights but both headlights adjusted to high. Glad I watched this before I tried adjusting them. Thanks

Good tip re the 5mm screws locking the alignment. I might've stripped an adjuster gear otherwise.

There is a 2nd screw 8nside center grill. Very hard to get to.
