I brought my heat press for a hobby and have been asked to make a large run twice for specific occasions. These goof proof transfers worked amazing and got me through about 90 hoodies in no time. Clients and their customers were totally satisfied with the results. Will use this service again.
That's awesome, thanks for sharing- Hope you made some good profit on those big orders too! They really do make printing t-shirts and fleece fast and easy!
For full color artwork it's best to use one of the digital UltraColor heat transfers. You can order a 5 color screen print, but it may increase your print cost. These screen print transfers are best for larger orders (24 qty and up) with 1-3 colors in your artwork (like the example we printed here in this video) We have a super handy "What To Use When" chart that breaks down which transfer type to use based on your artwork and quantity needed here: www.transferexpress.com/choose-heat-transfer-type
We use varying mesh sizes for different ink formulas for our screen printed transfers, Is there a specific concern you have? Our pre-production and screen departments review and set up production to ensure all fine details print great!
For using the Easy View Online Designer we show here in this video, any internet connected computer will work! You can find Chromebook models at Best Buy or online for just over $100. If you're planning to use Adobe photoshop or illustrator down the road you'll need something with a little more power to meet the recommended specs and a compatible windows/mac operating system.
Sounds like you haven't tried these screen print transfers yet! 😉 Grab some free samples with the link at the bottom of the page (we wont even ask for a card number): www.transferexpress.com/think-fast-plastisol-transfers
That a great question! With proper storage away from sunlight, temperature swings or humidity Screen Printed Transfers will last for years. We actually printed a 10 year old transfer (stored in an office filing cabinet) in this video here all about proper storage and longevity of heat transfers: ruclips.net/video/zTAgqUeUsXw/видео.html
