Hi! It will take about 3-6 weeks for the items to arrive at your place from the moment you get the warehouse (not the seller) to ship it out. Most last mile delivery will call prior to delivery.

Hi Elaine! Hm I think the extent of buying things from taobao is really based on your own personal preference and risk. I think getting a wardrobe is possible, but you’d have to be confident in communicating with the seller to ensure they do what you want and it turns out the way you wish for it to be!
It’s hard to seek compensation from any party, simply because the item had changed hands too many times. If item is fully broken, I’d recommend to go back to your freight forwarder to see if they have proof that the item was well received. That will help narrow down whether it’s the China seller, or last mile delivery. You can try seeking refunds from the seller, although it’s quite likely they will give partial refund only.
Hi, you can browse Taobao using a internet browser that supports Google Translate. Taobao doesn’t have an in-built option to change the language to English
