Nice video! I know it’s hard but if you could add just a touch more review into the videos that would be amazing. So for me Cabrinha gear is pretty easy on the setup, lines are clean, bar is clean & it’s not as complex as Duotone for example. Quick in the loop? Which kind of riding style does it fit? Powerful loops? Lot of hangtime? How’s the kite built (pulley, direct, bridles etc)? Direct feeling like a C-Shape? You know, those kind of things not just riding it but giving an honest feedback how it feels and who it fits. It’s ok to say no I’m more a fan of Ozone Edge kites as they have more powerful loops or I was surprised by the hangtime etc Orbits loop super easy but they don’t actually pull you a lot, XR Pro yank you to nirvana - it’s cool to have that kind of feedback so you’ll know how the kite is Also a bit of talk about problems of the brand maybe - that’s what independent riding is about and it will push brands to get better
100%. Thanks for the feedback and exactly what I'm aiming for. However testing all the kites in depth and doing proper reviews on them does require me to take them out for multiple sessions. Comparing them and explaining my findings. This was just a fun first session on this kite, not a review really. More to come for sure. Just need wind and time... - Ruben
I'll get to that for sure... I remember when I rode for Slingshot and they had me test the first ever Switchblade back in 2009 I believe. This thing was insane! It took me straight up like 20m and 100m far... and softly down again. Looking forward to ride the new ones... and compare them to the first one, haha!
