Amidst a Gloomy Landscape
Amidst a landscape filled with gloom,
Under skies of leaden weight,
Howled the souls in their doom,
Locked within their needs, their fate.
Lightning flashed and fiercely sparkled,
Followed by a frozen thunder's roar.
In people's eyes, the fear did ripple,
Horror held them, evermore.
Shadows scared like ghostly traces,
Not reflecting in the mirrors' face.
Demons roared in darkened spaces,
In parallel worlds, they took their place.
After the flash, the thunder broke,
The sky was ripped, the heavens spoke.
Rain poured down like weeping eyes,
Sorrow flooded the soul's skies.
Hungry spirits flew to the Moon,
Cursing Earth's gravitational pull.
Pure, potent forces, untamed, immune,
Within themselves, they searched in full.
