👏🏼 Thank you!! The dad majorly gives me the creep vibe and the son... I don’t know where to even begin with that sick bastard. At this point I kind do feel bad for the brainwashed mother.
While I’m not saying he hasn’t lied but JB didn’t lie ab the molesting thing he just didn’t tell ppl and I don’t blame them bc I wouldn’t tell a bunch of strangers ab that either
Jinger will go with her husband. Her parent’s rules no longer apply now that she is married. Moving to Scotland may be a great move for them. Jinger May then have an opportunity to see the world through her own eyes, not her parents.
Exactly! and the fact that the women are taught that they`re pretty much the property of their dad and then their husband is both sad and sick. That`s exactly why their family is so messed up. Idk why everyone is going crazy because she's wearing pants (In general) and saying that she`s finally able to be herself or think on her own, I can almost guarantee she`s only wearing pants because her husband told her too, or she asked his permission before she did it, which is still crazy and brainwashy because she`s STILL being controlled. Which is not okay. Her family needs some serious counseling from a license therapist!
capria30 ya I think the reason Jim Bob and Michelle don’t want their children to travel around massively or not live near by is so that their children don’t realized there is more to the world than their Arkansas restricted life
She's allowed to wear pants because her husband allows it? She's an adult...seems like if she wants to wear pants, she shouldn't have to consult anyone or ask permission.
Maybe it was meaning that her husband doesn't care if she wears pants. Like he lets her do whatever she wants? From the show he doesn't seem as crazy as some of the other husbands .
Yeah a lot of this crap infantilizes women and their husbands out to be their over-protective fathers. Bonus points for teaching them that men who control them are showing they love them. Gotta love how little they care for women’s well beings in these cults.
My dad got angry when my husband kissed my forehead when we were courting. (Short story: he had accidentally elbowed me, so kissed the spot while apologizing like crazy.)
DonYelle and Diana anyone going out of there way to have this much control over their kids sexuality is subjecting them to abuse. And more likely to be sexual abused
I feel bad for the kids, I’m Christian and their rules are ridiculous. If a “front hug” gives people impure thoughts then no wonder his son got accused of what he did, the parents are sex addicts having that many kids risking his wife’s body. She is over 18 now, she is married, she can do what she pleases whether he parents say yes or no. They have no control over her or her husbands life. Freaking ridiculous
My friend told me her 13yo Christian boy said it is uncomfortable to have the other girls in his class, front hug him because it stirs up feeling in him (when the more well developed girls breasts press against him)! The girls have no idea, but I am sure any of the other teen boys as men understood, while even us moms had been naive about this type of physical contact! Of course we didn’t embarrass the girls or guys, we talked privately with the teacher and other parents and just made a school rule that front hugs were not allowed and we parents were all grateful to have learned how to be wiser parents! Iam sure our grandparents already knew these basic things!
Yeah, the duggars are very different. My dad is a pastor and we’re a very Godly family but we’re.. normal. I wear shorts. I front hug my boyfriend. I kiss my boyfriend. My boyfriend has tattoos 😂 everyone’s relationship with God is different but uh.. their rules seem quite silly.
Christeen to the point the father will go and pick suitors that will enforce his daughter’s to obey his dress code after marriage ( from what he’s heard)
Those are just the tip of the iceberg... No dancing, it may stir feelings that cant be righteously fulfilled. They cannot wear bathing suits, they have to wear wholesome wear which covers them from head to toe at the beach. No TV, internet is highly restricted. If they are walking down the street and an immodest woman is approaching, the girls say nike, which is a code word for the boys to look down at their shoes, so they dont see the immodest woman. I could go on for a while, but Im sure you get the point. =)
Tbh, Jinger should be allowed to wear, do & live wherever she wants. She's over 18 & her parents aren't the boss of her anymore, she's moved out. & She has big dream that she wants to do in her life, like it's her life, not her parents life. They can't control her forever.
Just because their beliefs and lifestyle is different than yours or mine does not make it a cult. The point of the show is also education. To educate others out there that some people do practice different types of religion or lifestyles but they are humans just like the rest of us. Even though most of us have grown up with different beliefs and lifestyle than the Duggers that doesn't make them bad people. I respect their beliefs
They are worried about Jigger hugging her future husband,What about Johanna whom had a shotgun wedding because she was already pregnant, Also just recently One if the boys were in the same boat so again another shotgun wedding who's next, Poor Jenna the eldest is still at home taking care of her mothers offspring She reminds my of Cinderella, But I've always said good things come to those that wait.
HatchlingChibi She means Joy Anna. Jana is my favourite, she's not influenced by the fact that most of her brothers and sisters are married and she's one of the eldest. She's more concerned with her work, which is admirable
Well... I've seen many religious people, even those who take the bible and their love for Jesus and God very seriously and they may not have intercourse before their wedding, but hugging and kissing is not against any laws/rules. I think those people are just a little bit too extreme. Good on those Duggars who decide to take their lives into their own hands and make their own decisions. Or children of any strictly religious people with a tonne of rules like they do... they're not even allowed dancing...
I just hate how everythinga woman does is dictated by one male or another. Its horrible. She grown asf let her decide wtf she wanna do with her body. Damn yall gonna tell her what brand pads to wear next??
Dude, I’m a pious Mormon, and the Duggar family would shun even me as a sinner! I’d love to see the look of horror on those parents faces knowing I’ve actually kissed people! And if my husband ever “allowed” me to wear something, let’s just say I wouldn’t be his wife anymore!
Hmmmm, but as a "pious Mormcn" you ARE forbidden from certain clothing: shorts above the kneecap, sleeveless blouses, clothing with a low front or back... because it would reveal the temple garment (which you ARE required to wear except during showering, sports or sex).
Because the Wholly Babble says that one should not wear the garments of the opposite sex. The home-skooled Duggars don't realize that the clothing that people wear is purely an artifact dependent on the local culture, climate and natural resources available for clothes-making.
They are human! I admire their desire to maintain a pure life plan but they were 2 people in love and it is human to hug the one you love. Maybe Jim Bob and Michele are more old fashioned but it is kind of sweet!
I’ve lived in northwestern Arkansas, the same area as the Duggars, my entire life and it’s always weird seeing how the family acts in grocery stores and restaurants.
"do not draw the attention of your brothers" well that already happened and i wonder why 😧 these parents teach these kids that anything to do with the body or skinship is automatically sexual and they don't even bother to teach them about sex. if your son is having impure thoughts about the sister that's his fault and partially the parents who raised him at least in this family's case.
Ginger! You made the right moves. You married a pastor/pro athlete and waited to have a kid. You are smarter than your sisters and brothers! Btw...Felicity is BEAUTIFUL!
Nope only her healthy provider would know this. But some people do use natural family planning, which is when people that don’t want to get pregnant but don’t want to use any contraceptives have sex on the least fertile days. I’m sure her parents have tried to brainwash her against birth control
What checkered past? He was simply a college student who enjoyed himself and had fun like millions of other kids. I am so sick of hearing about how her parents think Jinger should dress now that she is a married mom, she’s not a rebel, she’s just a normal nice person who is finding her own way after living basically in a cult bubble.
This said the parents need to chaperone each date until marriage but that’s not true it just has to be a chaperone. In an episode I watched one of the little kids went on a date as a chaperone.
At 4:39 this video states that they reside in Laredo TX. Making her the first member of her family to permanently relocate however Josh and Anna relocated to Washington DC and Jilll moved to Central America. So I think they need to do a bit more research before talking gossip.
Jinger has always been my favorite Duggar BECAUSE of her rebellious behavior. I wish her great happiness and hope she cuts the ties of her childhood and experience the untethered, unrestricted life as is meant to be
IT'S because of the oldest brother???? The parents need to address what happened in their own home!!!!! AND STOP PUTTING IT ON THE REST THE THEIR CHILDREN!!!!!!
Honestly... the whole impure thoughts with front-hugs... that makes sense considering what Josh did. I bet that's why Jim-Bob is so on top of the side-hugging stuff, because he's afraid of one of his other kids having the same thoughts.
Dad is creepy , Jeremy doesn’t have a. Checked past, he just enjoyed his college years like millions he other kids every year, get a life, & get over it! I hope Jinger enjoys her marriage time the fullest and her time away from her.crazy parents!
It's funny because Michelle Duggar was a cheerleader in the late 70's and 80's, so was I. The skirts were so short that you wear spanks under them so people Don't see everything. You hold car washes for fundraising and all cheerleaders wear tight bikinis to get more business. This family is just as messed up as the world right now. Women can do as they want, this isn't the 10th century.
Um......yeah. By Michelle's own rules, she can't tell Jinger and Jeremy where to live. That would have to be a conversation she would have to defer to Jim Bob. And by Jim Bob's own rules, he can't rule over her life once she gets married. Sooooo......... I guess if they choose to live in New York City, they can if Jeremy says it's okay. Jeremy seems to be the kind of guy that wants a partner, not a wife. He wants Jinger to think for herself, dress how she likes, and make decisions together. It's relationship goals for the younger Duggars, to be sure!
No. Almost though for punching a girl who had just assaulted me at school. She tried to stab me with safety scissors so I punched her arm to get her to drop the scissors and since she started to come at me again I punched her in the gut and ran to the office to get help. Almost got arrested but luckily one of my friends saw the incident from afar and told them I was protecting myself.
Am I the only one who thinks the Duggar parents are abusive? They’re ultra restrictive of their kids so even when they turn 18 they have no way to leave and get out of the cycle. They’re expected to obey their husband no matter what. Their freaking brother molested them and their parents obviously took his side by basically doing nothing about it. They’re not allowed to go to school or college. They obviously see women as sexual objects including their own daughters (no parents would make their kids cover up to that extreme when just family is around unless they don’t feel they can control themselves). Their dad basically chooses who they marry. It’s a lot of the key parts of abuse (control, sex, obedience, and making sure they have no way to leave the cycle)
I understand being raised a certain way and carrying on family traditions and all, but when you reach the age where you move out, it's called exploring to figure out who you are and what you want. I'm sorry but I'd be telling my parents unless you pay my Bills and contribute to making my house a home don't tell me what I can and cannot do.
“no front hug” but molesting your siblings is totally ok

Not at all. Thats probably why they have such strict rules
Do not wear clothes that is designed to draw the attention of your brothers... Especially Josh.
kitten paws you went there…
😂
😂
Like did he say that before or after the scandal? Just curious.
@@autumnrose1998 yeah but they never said the Josh part lol and by brothers they meant all men, not just siblings
He's so concerned about hugging but lied about his son molesting the girls. How pure is that?!
Jim Bob and Michelle are liars and their good at it
While I’m not saying he hasn’t lied but JB didn’t lie ab the molesting thing he just didn’t tell ppl and I don’t blame them bc I wouldn’t tell a bunch of strangers ab that either

MikkiJoeRingtail right?? I wanted to vomit when I heard that.
You’re absolutely right, but they were raised to obey men. Glad that at least she found one that isn’t like her father
Maybe it was meaning that her husband doesn't care if she wears pants. Like he lets her do whatever she wants? From the show he doesn't seem as crazy as some of the other husbands .
Right. Her dad shouldn’t have to babysit her when she’s 20 something years old. Ridiculous.
Yeah a lot of this crap infantilizes women and their husbands out to be their over-protective fathers. Bonus points for teaching them that men who control them are showing they love them. Gotta love how little they care for women’s well beings in these cults.
How is that is a 'wholesome' image? It's unhealthy is what it is. Physical contact is natural, and denying that is unhealthy.
Jack Jack ikr and hugging people is great😂
I feel bad for those kids.
Alex Avery right and plus I hate the duggars
Pretty much
Me too
Rags Riches y
To much gossip about them
Hahahaha can you imagine a dad getting pissed over a guy front hugging his daughter 😂😂
So it’s not okay for front hugs but they swept Josh's molestation under the rug until it was exposed.
My dad got angry when my husband kissed my forehead when we were courting. (Short story: he had accidentally elbowed me, so kissed the spot while apologizing like crazy.)
I can't imagine that, I mean I can imagine it happening but I can't imagine a father getting angry over a peck on the forehead.
That dad can't give the wife a minutes rest
KMR_136 I
"a front hug" 💀
DonYelle and Diana LOL it's so bizarre 😂😂
DonYelle and Diana anyone going out of there way to have this much control over their kids sexuality is subjecting them to abuse. And more likely to be sexual abused

Jana will be 30 years old and getting chaperoned by a 13 year old sibling or something. 😂
I feel bad for the kids, I’m Christian and their rules are ridiculous. and they never use toilet paper

I’m not religious but ok with any legit faith. However these people are not regular followers of religion. The gothard ipl group is a cult
I like their rules tbh🤷🏻♀️
More than likely you aren't a part of the Quiverfull movement
thats way too many rules

Jinger is my favorite Duggar. She’s wears pants and isn’t rushing to have a baby
Ali M she’s pregnant
Ali M same
christindemarie but she waited a year into her marriage not a month or on the honeymoon like everyone else.
The sooner those kids escape their overly strict parents, the better.
Tbh, Jinger should be allowed to wear, do & live wherever she wants. She's over 18 & her parents aren't the boss of her anymore, she's moved out. & She has big dream that she wants to do in her life, like it's her life, not her parents life. They can't control her forever.
Kitty576 Meow Jim bob can try.
This is 100% a cult and its sickening that they actually have a tv show for the world to see
David Fox

Pants😨 shorts😱 front hugs💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️
I’m dying 😱😱😱😱😱
Thanks Nicki ! I Couldn't Sleep Last Night But Now I Can Knowing These Facts.
I would hate myself if I was apart of this family
This why people think ALL Christians are insane because of family’s and people like this.
She’s my favorite
evilqueens momma Mine too
the australian guy was making a joke in classic aussie humour and both jinger and jeremy were like wtf?? i love being australian lmao
They're both so cute. I like that she's able to wear pants and be her own person now.
And now they are moving to LA woohooo! I am so happy for her!
I’ve always loved Jinger! I always thought that she was the prettiest of them.
The Duggar girls are gorgeous
How does this family figure that pants are sensual? They cover more that the skirts do with no middle gap.
Because the Wholly Babble says that one should not wear the garments of the opposite sex. The home-skooled Duggars don't realize that the clothing that people wear is purely an artifact dependent on the local culture, climate and natural resources available for clothes-making.
Turandot29 Jesus never wore pants. Men and women before would wear robes
They are human! I admire their desire to maintain a pure life plan but they were 2 people in love and it is human to hug the one you love. Maybe Jim Bob and Michele are more old fashioned but it is kind of sweet!
I always felt so bad for Jinger, like she's one of the oldest and she probably has the worst names
I’ve lived in northwestern Arkansas, the same area as the Duggars, my entire life and it’s always weird seeing how the family acts in grocery stores and restaurants.
Their family is messed up
Jinger is like the Princess Diana of the Duggars.
Ginger and Jeremy are at least normal and she's not immediately pregnant. They are the only couple I can sort of listen to.
If Jim Bob was in charge of handing down the Christian commandments, Moses would still be up on the mountain with one wicked case of carpal tunnel..
Worse than my family (and i live in the middle east)
She’s an adult, married, and her parents are STILL trying to control her and where she lives. God that would drive me insane
"do not draw the attention of your brothers"
well that already happened and i wonder why 😧 these parents teach these kids that anything to do with the body or skinship is automatically sexual and they don't even bother to teach them about sex. if your son is having impure thoughts about the sister that's his fault and partially the parents who raised him at least in this family's case.

U forgot the fact that Jinger uses birth control!
FemmeBaer you don’t know this
Nope only her healthy provider would know this. But some people do use natural family planning, which is when people that don’t want to get pregnant but don’t want to use any contraceptives have sex on the least fertile days. I’m sure her parents have tried to brainwash her against birth control

She gave her boyfriend a front hug, and that boyfriend has a tattoo of a Bible verse. So rebellious

Not letting your children live. How fun and nice of them.
They're moving to LA. Good for JInger! After marrying, Jeremy, she's experienced & seen so much more than her siblings.
Unnecessary repression brings way worse things than what you were trying to prevent
At 4:39 this video states that they reside in Laredo TX. Making her the first member of her family to permanently relocate however Josh and Anna relocated to Washington DC and Jilll moved to Central America. So I think they need to do a bit more research before talking gossip.
Cousin Amy moved to Nashville
Jinger was always my favorite. She's adorable and quite a fluff and shes a super spy badass.
A side hug ain't a hug, it's a shrug.
A hug though 🙄
This fam is nuts. 🤦🏻♀️
OH NOO not a *gasp* front hug!! 😱😱
The parents aren't the only ones that can chaperone. They often have one of the other siblings do it.
She isn’t a rebel she just wants to be normal
Scary family, period.
IDK what I would do without my brother's hugs.
Oh her dress is gorgeous
It’s bizarre to me that these parents think they can dictate where their MARRIED daughters relocate.... 😳
Amazing family!!! Love you guys 😘
So glad shes out of that house and now has her own family
Jinger has always been my favorite Duggar BECAUSE of her rebellious behavior. I wish her great happiness and hope she cuts the ties of her childhood and experience the untethered, unrestricted life as is meant to be

The courting couples set their own rules. What is wise is that they defer to their parents guidance.

wait they didn’t even KISS until their wedding day??? wth
