The amount of hate, racism, and blame for COVID towards the Asian community is disgusting. The fact that this topic is not widely covered across all channels makes me incredibly concerned. It’s gotten to the point that I’m scared to let my parents out of the house. Even so, I want to thank Eddie, Desus, and Mero for using the brand to spread the news. The more coverage this gets and the more disgust it causes will hopefully get people to stop these attacks by shining a light on all the bullshit that is happening. Much love and appreciation! As always, the brand is ethereal!!
Early in the pandemic my Hmong friend wanted to get a gun I didn't hesitate to walk him through the legal process and get him an affordable way to protect his family. It's the least I can do for a dear friend I've known since high school.
Was about to voice my honest opinion of the movie, but I got to the part of the interview where Eddie says he writes D&M into his projects.... So, uhhhh "Boogie" was GREAT! Outshines 2021 blockbuster "WW84"! (and that's really being honest!)
I really thought for a second Eddie was gonna. Say something about the fact that it’s mostly other minority races attacking Asians. And that needs to be addressed by spokespeople from those cultures
They would never bring that shit up, no one wants to talk about the ppl who killed pop smoke, nipsey hussle, xxx and other legends. They don't want to bring of the fact they all got killed by black ppl. BLM tho
@@guidofawkes6934 Lol what? You do realize most people are killed by others of the same ethnicity? So how is that related to racism? I feel like people love BLM so they can go on these rants. Yo. When he said there’s an elephant in the room, I thought to myself - finally, someone brave enough to speak about Black on Asian violence. But, nope. Glossed over it. No one is talking about that and this was the perfect opportunity.
I'm not surprised. D&M were afraid to talk about anti-Semitism in the BIPOC community, too. They made one joke about Nick Cannon messing up his bag and that's it.
Why is it a “black” thing though? There isnt some black hate organization that targets Asians. Its some idiots. Why should the whole black community take responsibility? How is that productive? Its happening in Canada too and its not black people doing it. So its weird that people want to make it an anti black conversation when it should be a “fight against Asian hate crimes”.
@@thezu9250 You missed my point. The point is not to blame the entire black community as you say. That’s not at all what I said. The point is to ask the question - why are so many of the highly publicized incidents at the hands of Black people? At least in New York, this seems to be the case. Let’s at least not ignore that fact and ask - what’s going on here?
