I LOVE the ALWAYS postpartum underwear!! No leaks or any type of discomfort. If I would have known about these before pregnancy, I would have totally used them for those terrible heavy menstrual days. I honestly never noticed a smell till I saw this video and went to go take a sniff of one. But it's completely mild and you would really have to take a deep sniff..lol And my sense of smell is really sensitive. These are definitely a must have when preparing for postpartum care. I had my baby almost 2wks ago and still need to use them
@@birthtoolbox belive it or not.if you put always next to pampers or luvs.you will see always has the samething as pampers and luvs.thats why always is so soft on the skin when wearing them because they are made by p&g who makes pampers & luvs.i know because i brought pampers and luvs and always and i compare them to each one.so thats how i know about always

I'm on my first period after my c-section. I don't have either products you're reviewing. I put 2 nighttime always pads to cover front and back... It was a blood bath. My period seem to be very very very heavy. That's why I'm watching your video now. Thank you
Sometime this month I’m giving birth to my first. Thank you for going over this because I’m using the Always diapers. That’s also what a few of my family members recommended also.
Thank you for this review! I was trying to decide which one as this is my third baby and I knew the hospitals no longer provide this type of diaper, only those crappy mesh underwear with a pad that NEVER stays in place. I couldn't remember what the hospital used in years past.. I'm getting the Always.. thank you so much!!!
You are welcome! I totally agree about those pads and mesh underwear. Whenever I help a client with those at the hospital I always remove the sticky piece and think to myself that it's a waste of time to try and stick them to the panties because they will never stick!!
Just what I was looking for. I bled so much, the hospital giant pad and mesh undies did NOT work for me. It was messy, and I felt so gross for 6 weeks!
I have been wearing these products for about 3 years now. I started out wearing Depends. I purchased the Always brand one day when my size in the Depends was not available at my local store. Right away I found that I prefer the Always. To me, Always is much more comfortable. The Depends felt a little like crape paper while Always is softer and feels more like cotton. I do not wear my ‘diaper’ alone. I do not like the feeling of the pad part of either product when I have them on by themselves. To me, the back of the pad feels like it sags a bit. So I prefer to put a regular pair of underwear on over the Always panty to make it fit snuggly in place. Here lately, I have been wearing a pair of Shapermint high waisted underwear over the diaper. I wear Always and the Shapermint everyday!
Since having my 2 children my periods have been super heavy and unfortunately I had no choice but to wear the always discreet underwear for years now I'm only 29 also and I have to say they are comfortable at times but not always.... and they do hold alot of tmi BLOOD but sometimes they do LEAK which is annoying and the smell they have on the pads are HORRID I wish they would remove that .... but I wish there was something abit better to wear then theses every time my monthly comes 😫 Also to add I've noticed the sides of the always discreet are always a target for the blood to go which causes leaks!!!
These can be used for heavy periods. I have a four day period with second and third day being heavy. I bought depends silhouette and Walmart assurance . Blessings 🙏
Depends is very comfortable and no itchy or scratchy edges. Didnt even put on the always..felt rough on hands. .inside where liner sewn on. Extra lining is irritating.. caused bedsore.
Might buy the mens dollar general brand white pull up diapers I bought the mens dollar general brand white pull up diapers before there great very comfortable to wear and sleep in and they absorb great when wet
The fragrance I feel like could irritate stitches or sore bottoms after birth... I had never heard that part before so now I am glad I went with Depends brand. The ones I are fancy pretty colors like berry, turquoise and hot pink. 🤣
Edit. The depends I have look very different on the leg part than these ones though... and I have sensitive skin so the scent probably wouldn't bother everyone's postpartum bottom...

Hi. How do i check the size to buy? Im a 5’3 height and weight 70kg. Am i an xl or large? How to buy one that is suitable for my size? Please help
I looked at the size on the package description and I would guess a S/M. This is what I was looking at amzn.to/4dXtPKx

Amazon markets everything higher than at Walmart or other local stores. Cuz always is actually cheaper than depends... If u avoid amazon.
Yes, you have to pay more for the convenience of it coming to your door.
Thanks for this.is is it recommended to use these or maternity pads will work??
Maternity pads will work, but many people find these much easier and more comfortable.
Thank you Alice.. I'm due on 15 th feb.. Gonaa order then
I got bladder I'm diabetic 2 Kevin Technor
Do you use these with pads or without?
Most people use without. If bleeding is really heavy you might add a pad.
Excellent review!
Glad you liked it!
Hi the 32pk depend is marked 60%more is that absorption or quantity (does that pack get extra undies)?
