Actually, Morley’s DF was already revealed back he was first introduced during the rebellion in Lulusia and Lindbergh is indeed a Mink. Karasu’s DF with the whole crow theme is likely a nod to an Italian folk legend, ‘Days of the Blackbirds’, where a blackbird and its chicks (originally white) would seek refuge in a chimney and when they emerged out of it on Feb 1, they’re all black because of the soot. Fits Karasu with the theme and he’s a Logia too

Karasu’s devil fruit is a soot logia, like volcanic ash. He just shapes the soot into crows.
