If your Casio offer Bluetooth MIDI it should be able to connect wirelessly to Windows with WIDI Bud Pro.
Personally I am not familiar with your hardware or with the Casio App, but feel welcome to reach out via www.cme-pro.com/support/#tve-jump-183922d36ae or via facebook.com/groups/cmeprofans to get your answes!

If I have an old controller (Yamaha 88 keys keyboard) with midi out, will I need the bud pro as well as the Widi master?

It depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you want to connect your Yamaha to a Windows PC, it is certainly recommended. That said, there are many options. Basically WIDI Bud Pro is for operating systems and WIDI Master for traditional 5-pin DIN MIDI. Be sure to check out this blog to learn more: www.cme-pro.com/widi-which-device-will-you-connect/

Is it possible to connect this to the synth machine to give WIDI feature? Let's say: connecting this to a synth machine's USB port and reaching that synth with WIDI-supported another machine.

That is the idea. If you have a class compliant USB port for MIDI on your synth, check out WIDI Uhost. When two devices have both a WIDI plugged in, they pair automatically and will be able to transmit any kind of MIDI message wirelessly.

If I add the WIDI Bud Pro to my computer, will it allow me to connect faster and with lower latency to my MIDI controllers that have built in bluetooth, even if their bluetooth isn't WIDI? I guess I am trying to understand the difference/interoperability between WIDI and "regular" bluetooth midi devices.

Good question. WIDI devices are developed specifically for Bluetooth MIDI. Most other devices have a general Bluetooth functionality that is not specifically designed for MIDI, but can be used this way. That is why WIDI outperforms any other solution.

@@CMEPro Thank you for your answer, I understand that technically it is possible, but I do not possess the code on that Arduino device i want to connect...So I think it is a question, how will it connect to a certain device if "WIDI bud pro" don't know it's MAC address

@@Eduard_Kolesnikov WIDI Master will scan Bluetooth MIDI devices that advertise and pair automatically with them. You can post the question in our Facebook Group facebook.com/groups/cmeprofans to find people that can share their experience on this subject with you 😊👍
