    This is by far my favorite full body workout! Not only great for beginners, it's great for all levels. The movements are supers simple but you will sweat a lot! Trust me on this. Love the no repeats and I think the music mix came out really well this time.
    I also started tracking my heart rate and total calories. Hope this helps.

    I worked up a sweat! This was great. Exactly what I needed to clear my head after an exhausting day. New subscriber here! Edit: I also wanted to mention the HR tracker was beneficial. A great touch.

    you're truly underrated and i'm so thankful that you've taken the time to create such high-quality and thoughtful videos. i'm a singer transitioning to become a dancer as well and i've been looking for cardio workouts that don't intimidate me, are good for maintaining a balanced mindset, and are elegant and fun as well. your videos tick all the boxes and i love that they allow me to sweat without losing my mind hahahah thank you, thank you & i really look forward to discovering the rest of your videos :) take care ❤
