1. Know your offer so well you can explain it in 20 seconds or less.
2. You can't make a good offer if you didn't do the right/any market research.
3. There's no "saturated niches" just saturated offers.

Marketing and sales offers have to be clear and dependable. It should naturally lead to fulfilment of the marketing offer. these offers can only be made only after extensive market research on your chosen niche. when crafting the solution it needs to be clear but also something a customer needs, I call this finding customers pain points and your agency provides the pain relievers.
When looking at creating an offer it need to have a compelling guarantee, also to add your pricing must make sense compared to the ROI. keeping your offer straight forward enough that it is quickly understood by the client but also compelling enough to feel like an easy yes.
I also like the explanation of the four expectation you need to set for a client Outcome, Duration, Methodology and Guarantee.

I started my agency and I did all the research now I just need to send potential clients email or DM's but I'm scared not lazy. I'm in my last year of high-school and I'm left with 5 to month of it so I'm going to send those messages on the weekend and work on school on the weekdays
