So as a construction company who I do NOT Text nor do campaigns - why am I having to be compliant and pay for it? I don't sell anything but my building talent.
Am i the only one concerned with registering for this? I mean it seems like we would be easily traced and exposed to possible tcpa violations and trouble.. Most people are not texting people who "signed up" so the risk with registering seems very real.. is there any work around for this like a 3rd party to register with or creating a new LLC that hides our information more?
