So I am thinking buying a Zeus from a guy on Facebook, he said he still owe money on it and he bought the Zeus using snap on credit not the truck credit. And he told me when it comes to snapon company credit it does not reflect what you bought. If I buy the Zeus from him and he stop paying, will the snapon dealer repo the Zeus?
They will definitely try to. However if you get a notarized bill of sale, I’ve heard of guys doing it that way. Or just to be safe just tell him that you will hand him the cash on the Snapon truck only and watch him pay off the credit account from there.
