  • In this video I go over my approach to creating AI assets using simple prompt comands. The assets I create are intended to be sold on stock sites like Adobe Stock, Dreamstime and others rather than for personal use.

    Thanks for this info Jeff. Using short simple prompts seems to be the way to go. The KISS system works fine for me ( Keep It Simple Stupid)

    I agree. I use midjourney daily for stock and for sale on etsy. The overly complex prompts - I've tried them and I really don't think going overboard is making all that much difference. I get way better results with simple prompts - my prompts look much like yours do - very simple! Now, if Adobe would accept these in a timely manner, I could actually see what sells....

      Yes... the review times... It's not going fast is it? I guess if you upload regularly then there will be stuff being approved regularly as well. That's how I spin it to myself anyway.

    Have you ever tried re-submitting rejected ai illustration? I got entire batch rejected, consisting of very different illustrations, I guess it was one reviewer, because after that, my next illustrations got accepted. I am afraid re-submitting can get me banned...

    • @JWhyte123
      @JWhyte123  9 месяцев назад

      Adobe Stock? I have with photos on other sites but I can't remember doing that with Adobe. I have had illustrations rejected where I also blame the reviewer, but I have not bothered to upload them again. You could change the file name slightly? But I am not sure that would prevent the re-submission from being detected. Unless you think the files have a good chance of success......

    Can you please tell me how long it took to validate the first uploaded images on AdobeStock created with generative ai?

    Is there any free platform where we can inspect top trending keywords searched for Adobe Stock?

    • @JWhyte123
      @JWhyte123  11 месяцев назад

      I am not aware of any single source. Often the sites post blogs with requests for in demand content and may include keywords.

    How much time Adobe Stock take to review AI images now?

      I have stuff thats been waiting for more than a month, but strange that some content that was uploaded later has been approved. Not sure what to say other than its a bit of a struggle to wait. Ah well...

      I don't use it but some others are uploading there now and testing results. They also just bought Eyeem so I suspect they will become a larger player.

    It seems like there is no creativity involved in creating these AI images. You have simply become a mechanism to kick-start AI. Maybe you could employ a vocabulary program to feed the image prompts to AI. Then you wouldn't have to do anything. Do you get any satisfaction from doing this? Do you feel like you've actually done anything when you supply a one-word prompt? I don't know that I would. Now if you can tell me that I can make lots of money doing this--I'm in! As far as Adobe review times, they have been reviewing my editorial submissions in a day or two. It takes them forever to review a commercial image. Maybe because editorial images are not AI images?

    • @JWhyte123
      @JWhyte123  11 месяцев назад +1

      Yup, you could pretty much use a random word generator. Actually, the creativity and thought process relates to figuring out the market, assessing market needs and identifying underserved niches and then executing. The image part is typically not relevant to the creative process at all. Sometimes I do come up with an image problem that I can't prompt around and that I work on for a little while. All that said, I got up this morning and photographed the skyline of the city I live in at sunrise.
