I've tried two of your macarons recipes in the past (milk macaron and chocolate). It was my first time making macarons and they turned out really delicious! Probably not as good looking though.. To be honest I don't think macarons are that hard to make they're pretty simple after you learn, it is however kinda expensive because of the almond. Good job as always, I appreciate your hard work in all recipes that you recreate 👍

I made your chocolate milk tea cake and it turn out so great! I add mochi sheet layer and it become perfect! please make duplicated pies from parole & langue, thank you ❤❤❤

Room temperature is generally considered around 68°F/20°C, but humidity can affect macarons, too. @@costcochurros oh i see, then in my case it was overmixed batter, macaronnahe and the temperature.. where i live it's almost 27-30°C everyday
