Never played leagues because I felt like it would just hurt my progress on the main game. I haven't really experienced a lot of the PvM due to losing money on death repeatedly on my iron felt awful, and playing a main made me feel like it was just grind the highest money maker I had. Debating on checking it out, its funny people are freaking out that they might be missing out lmao
I enjoy leagues but always agonise over relic choices. I got something for the main game though, other than the cosmetics for ironman. I got pvm experience. My first gauntlet kill was on leagues with overpowered relics. I still struggled but today I'm a bofa owner with 420 cg kc, all thanks to trying out something in leagues that seemed out of reach main game.

Can anyone help me decide on a combat style and 3rd region, I already know I want to do Desert and Asgarnia, since I want to learn TOA and I want to do GWD, I've never done any raiding and Im unsure if your able to solo COX and TOB easily in leagues without experience, so I'm unsure on which last region to do
I know you can solo cox and toa but tob might be doable but inefficient. Regardless, I want to learn tob so I will be solo'ing if I cant find a group. Bank note relic will help a lot with soloing tob
Literally just do whatever is fun and ignore everything else. If you like TOA and CoX and evaporating enemies with constant 80s, go mage. If you like GWD and TOB, and doing goofy shit like taking a bathroom break while your character auto-retaliates the inferno, do that instead. Do what sounds the most fun to you, not what you think is going to be the most powerful.
@@Corzappy oh i agree, i just can’t decide if the fun of the goofy melee builds will be worth the investment they’ll require, don’t care about being meta
Relics boost main style dps by 150%+ (as much as like 700% in some scenarios?). You want to use your main style whenever possible, because the boost is so strong it almost always breaks the existing meta. .
Melee relic in elf town wouldn't actually be that terrible imo, blade of saeldor is still pretty strong, serpentine helm is good with any style. Not a natural pick but not a completely wasted choice if the randomizer sent you there
Melee relic already has a built in serp helm though, yes it gives +5 strength bonus but overall priff seems the weakest for Melee compared to other regions
It's definitely one of those plans that probably will take the longest to achieve but I also think it's one of the most entertaining ones. The special attack can hit up to 600 because you can damage 10 enemies at once and all can hit 60+ but yeah like you said, getting there in the first place is a challenge.

I was planning on going torags+guthins into door strats. With guardian relic i think the inferno could be almost free.

the amount of work to get the gear to make the door semi viable just isnt worth it. DPS is mid compared to most items.
