This song is so real! I am a pastor of a Spanish speaking church. Most of my families have lived these lyrics and our Christian brothers don’t understand the pain of being rejected. The biggest hurt isn’t a government or a president - it’s brothers and sisters in God turn their backs on the suffering of their Hispanic neighbors.
@@ZealousPlasma With all due respect and God's love, may I mention that immigrating to a country is not bad. We are not stealing anything in this country. We come with nothing and work hard to earn our keep. We find any kind of job that we can offer our services to. Thieves are the colonizers that came to native countries and literally stole land and ripped us from our native culture in many Latin American countries. Event he US was subject to European thieves that stole the land of people already living here. We see an opportunity and we work hard for it. The system to come legally only benefits the rich, not the families that are struggling to get away from persecution, death and poverty. God's earth is everyone's land. The government is only good if it serves the people and I am not seeing the government serving the people or being people of God in lending out an actual helping hand to the neighbor that is suffering. Exodus 22:20 "You shall not oppress or afflict a resident alien, for you were once aliens residing in the land of Egypt."
@@ZealousPlasma sorry but your wrong ... you wouldn't be saying that if you were on the other side of the story. It's easy to say when your a citizen of this country. My parents come from the other side of this country and they had it hard but they only came to the U.S to better themselves. Just like a student going to college for a career to better himself.. no difference. This government is greedy and prideful that's going to be their main downfall
@@ZealousPlasma humans are cockroaches? Were not talking about cockroaches here. We're talking about human beings with simple human rights. And idk I care for all of God's creatures, so I would repel them away from my home because their natural habitat is the outdoors. If they are coming into my home that means there is garbage I need to clean up. As a human, there is food and security and warmth and if it's a better lifestyle by golly i think i deserve that because God loves me and would want the best for me. If there is a neighbor that would help heck I'm not going in for free. I am working, getting my keep, paying taxes, following the law and rules of the country. Educating my children to learn the language, use the customs and abide by the laws because that is the right thing to do. I cant ask a cockroach to assimilate into my house like I can ask a human now can I? Even though I dont know you I love you because you are a sibling in Christ and I respect your opinion. I just shared mine as well. God Bless FaithFull Sheep.
@@ZealousPlasma so you want to live in a garden? Be my guest. And no. I didn't. It's a cycle of life and society. The issue is that its political. Nothing else because of societal structures. In the past people could migrate wherever they wanted to. The land was free. People exchanged what they needed to. But now times are different politically. I did nothing wrong. Only society says I did something wrong.
@@ZealousPlasma soooo you think you are killing immigrants in the name of God? Because this is YOUR duty as a Christian to ready the land for the Lord? I go to church. I am a Catholic. I am not perfect and neither are you. If you think the you're a prophet doing God's work then ok. Guess we will see after death. But if we know God is love and we see an injustice, isn't it our Christian duty to be as nice and loving as possible to our neighbors? To welcome them. To do the right thing to those that have less, for what we do for people in need is something we directly do to Jesus. I would rather face Jesus and tell him "hey sorry I let someone in the country illegally but they were escaping poverty and I wanted to help" than "hey Jesus I prevented all these people from coming in and kept to the law of the land and left them on the other side to deal with their own problems"
Christian Kanitz nah bruh the only law we trust is God not this place homie you say that cuz you don’t come from the same place just cuz you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s wrong
Christian Kanitz bro if it’s an unjust law we don’t have to I have family members who are Christian crossed the border praying to God to guide and guess what God has answered their prayers and they are here some even became legal due to hitting the books to get a career cuz ppl that are out of this country think that some ppl arent taking advantage of their education and feel that what they need is to understand the struggle of why and what takes to do such things. Just cuz it say illegal doesn’t always mean wrong and legal doesn’t mean right cuz the laws of these nations contradict God’s word.
