Yep. My husband is a teacher and coach and 99% of parents think their kids is the best athlete, best student and just an angel in general. Teachers can’t do anything to discipline. They send them to the admin, where they have very minor repercussions.

@@jenniferruth812 society in general has become so soft, so politically correct, so afraid of being seen in a negative light by such a small percentage of the population that they are willing to compromise their integrity. It’s absurd. Some people and institutions are willing to accept anything, ignore everything and basically cower to a political and social agenda in order to attain a perceived social justice. In this instance, it’s the kids who end up suffering in the long run. Also, the teachers who are there to give a legitimate education and not use their platforms to promote their sociopolitical agenda and ideologies are most likely suffering. Guilt by association.

As an ex-teacher but a current-human being I can sympathize. The 1st year is the hardest (especially. In middle school) because they either give new teachers the most problematic kids òr they get hired for a position where everyone quits. Yes, they do group difficult kids (behavior and confrontational). There is no support from administration and they undermine the teacher by not having consequences for disruptive and sometimes dangerous behavior.

To solve this issue of rampant misbehavior and disrespect we must create a dual education system: one for serious and well-behaved scholars and another for students who have been poorly raised or neglected at home. When students are not fortunate enough to have good parenting at home, school districts must support teachers who teach those identified students.

As a parent of grown kids, I knew it was my job to teach my children GOOD behavior -- by setting the example.
As a former teacher, I dealt with too many kids who's language & conduct in school, reflected what they saw & learned at home ... in other words, they were products of their upbringing. It is not the job of the teachers or schools to undo what's going on at home. And it's virtually impossible to do so, because, unfortunately, school administrations are often PART OF THE PROBLEM.
Look at the CRAP that passes for curriculum; good classic literature is removed and replaced by trash, filthy homosexual pornography; look at school board meetings; consider the role TEACHERS' UNIONS play in "education" ... our children are under assault from all sides. Many don't even have a safe refuge at "home". And covid insanity has added to the stress!
This teacher deserves support. She voiced what many teachers have wanted to say ... and maybe these kids needed to hear!
Yes, a little REALITY CHECK ... they're junior high, not kindergartners. This age group is often mouthy, "smart", disrespectful, and too "full of themselves".
Self esteem is based on merit! Feel good about good conduct. Shame on you, if your behavior is a Disgrace.
Good parents PARENT ... Bad parents expect others to do it for them.
TOO MANY LAZY, GOOD FOR NOTHING "parents" ...
Every living creature can reproduce -- that is not an achievement. Raising fine, upstanding citizens who will be an asset to society -- THAT is what's needed. .

And to think she probably had a passion for teaching and mentoring kids, just to be thrown in a classroom where the children are disrespectful and awful. Imagine how much crap they had to do for her to feel like hurting herself. Also, the woman saying that is “ridiculous” couldn’t have dealt with 1% of what that teacher had to deal with.

Her rant is 100% unacceptable, but it's understandable. Kids lack discipline, teachers are there to teach and not parent children especially disruptive overgrown teens.

This teacher is going through depression and serious anxiety. She is letting them know that she WANTS to be FIRED because if she goes back she will LITERALLY HURT HERSELF.

This woman was venting to someone IN PRIVATE!!! Not only that but maybe instead of airing This Woman's laundry which would obviously this was supposed to be a private moment between two people, you can tell the teacher didn't know she was being recorded the phone was being held down and it was bouncing around looking at the floor, the person recording this did not want the teacher knowing she was recording her... Their were no other kids (it seemed to be a covo between 2 ppl) in the room and I mean it was between two people maybe instead of busting out to teacher that's obviously at a breaking point, but instead this woman records this teacher's private moment and then airs her dirty laundry just to stir up drama and create bulshit for her no wonder why this teachers Fed Up and stressed out!!! And teenagers are a**holes, i have 2 myself. I'm more concerned with this persons lack of humility, instead of helping our TEACHERS this is what we do?!?! Sad man...

She's only telling the truth. People have become worse lately. Most people, especially in a customer service field see that. Now a days, most kids are spoiled brats because of the parents or lack of.

We should try to figure out what caused her to feel this way and solve that issue. Most parents have no idea how horrible their children are at school. I’m glad I never became a teacher because I would’ve ended up whooping one of those kids as disrespectful and aggressive as they are.

this is probably the best shit I've ever heard of from the advance civilization community for it's taken too long for just a simple lady to spill out causes fear of the taboo which already known as your normal culture since centuries ago but never seen it differently as now

She's probably seen firsthand the bullying and backbiting, but to air those grievances in front of students -if that's what happened- was a bad idea.

"If she doesn't like what she does why even be a teacher?" You can always tell when a parent probably thinks their kids walk on water. I liked my job in retail. Until I was dealing with a bunch of disrespectful people who thought it was okay to act up. She should absolutely have the right to bitch about a bunch of disrespectful crotch goblins as well as the disgraces to the human race who should be disciplining their children at home. It sounds like she was ranting to a higher up not the kids. She was just saying how she felt and maybe she needs to change her career like IMMEDIATELY.

I'll bet that there is one specific thing that applies to the majority of the students at this school.
