Thanks so very much for the fabulous Burke's Law episodes, This version of Burke's Law happens to be my absolute favorite TV shows. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow Cid Charisse from MGM! Danced witj the late great Fred Astaire! Boy could they dance .made it look so easy!!!... Anyway that's o ne of the reasons I love t his show, great actors, great plots . Very entertaining! Thank you so much for uploading these. Please continue uploading
Yes, the legendary Cyd Charisse starred and danced through several MGM musical films. After the bottom fell out of the great movie studios many former great stars of the movies including MIss Charisse then had to be satisfied with making cameo appearances in TV drivel to continue acting and making some change to pay the rent.
Thanks for the Upload !! I like The younger Marcia Cross. She was just on her second year in Melrose Please back then.. Can't believe this was 25 years ago now !! XD
Just found Burke Law yesterday, thank you. I've been binge watching. The shows have been a great distraction. With all the crazy evil in the world, a president who has no idea whats going on, I long for the simpler times of the 80s and 90s.
So why do we have lowest unemployment in decades, a quicker and better post pandemic economy than any other country, and finally doing better in all areas than chi na, have regained the respect of allies, a booming building trade, manufacturing here instead of importing batteries and chips from foreign countries, and better wages foe workers.
@bonnierussell9798 I would say stop watching CNN. You're not getting the truth. At least Watch redacted on youtube. They actually tell Americans what is really happening. This administration sold out America to China. They are offering Americans a Hamburger 🍔 Trump or a Hotdog 🌭 Biden. I want steak 🥩 America needs a JFK. Not Obama, Bush, Biden, or Trump. Someone who will put America 🇺🇸 over money and power. BTW, we probably will not have an election. They are currently planning a black swan event. I would make sure you have 6 months of food and water. War is coming to American soil. They left the border open on purpose. Fighting aged men age 20-30 our enemies live here in America.
It’s sad when people chop, press, and form themselves into...whatever the hell it is they end up with. It’s altogether too common. You are already beautiful, whether you are male or female. Leave it be. Even if someone has had their face burned severely, or has other scarring they may think is an issue, they’re still more beautiful as-is, seriously. Having work done screams “insecurity!” True self esteem needs no surgical “work” to be achieved.
I remember when Cyd Charisse’s legs were insured for $1 million, the first actress ever to achieve that status: wow, didn’t she age beautifully…. And Loni Anderson (when she went blonde) dated Burt Reynolds for many years. (Still can’t see Doug McClure without his cowboy gear, though!).
Thank you so much for the upload. Not growing up in the US I didn't know this series. It so nice to TV shows from back then, no violence, sex and swearing. Plus I enjoy seeing some of actors way back when! In this episode oh my how beautiful both Loni Anderson and Marcia Cross were with their natural hair colour and without all the plastic surgery, fillers, botox etc.
This is a murder show so there is violence, it's just not over-the-top and super gory. Also, plenty of sensuality, skimpily clad young women but no overt sex which is still quite tame and almost wholesome by today's standards.
One of Doug McClure's last roles, shown posthumously. After not having any scenes with Cyd Charisse in his TV series Checkmate in 1961 and his movie Warlords of Atlantis in 1978, he finally got to do some brief scenes with her in this.
Cause it's an old show barely anyone watched. There's 1000s of shows that will never get to be released. I just got lucky by seeing the reruns bein shown after 15 years.
Geez Louise, that scene with Kidder's character and the man trap has to be the most idiotic piece of TV writing ever, and we are not spoiled for choice in that department. A trap like that only works if a burglar- working alone, mind you - steps in this one spot on the whole estate. If he keeps off the grass, no problem. If you so much as own a dog, a sign is required to warn visitors. A trap like this that can severely injure anybody entering the property, be they burglars, day laborers or police detectives, is an open invitation to a law suit. Any personal injury attorney would have a field day with a deep-pocketed property-owning defendant. If she is 'testing' a gun, presumably in a safe area of the property designed for that purpose, away from the house, she'd be wearing hearing protection. Our detective could be dangling from that rope for hours, blood rushing to his head and his joints getting stretched and damaged, before she or anybody would notice his presence. If she really thought he'd be a burglar, she wouldn't confront him by herself, but have a groundskeeper or some kind of servant with her to watch the victim while somebody calls the police. To forget that she was aiming a rifle at a person is the kind of idiocy no responsible gun owner or hunter would ever want to be guilty of. Is a hunting knife a required accessory when 'testing' a gun? So the writers had her use it to cut the rope, possibly compounding any injuries from getting yanked up by hitting the ground head first, instead of just loosening it gradually? This scene is the kind of idiocy TV writers don't mind foisting on the viewers in fly-over America, it seems. And for what it's worth, an estate in Palmdale is a double-wide of about 1000 square feet in the high desert.
One of the better episodes of the series. The only thing that it lacks is Boris Karloff or George Zucco. The script is far from original but it is funny & the cast seems to have had fun making this episode.😊
thanks-nice TV Series, But do any of you see the similarities to DIAGNOSIS MURDER format, where it's a father and son ensemble fight against crime, than there's MATLOCK, where it's father and daughter fight against crime! nepotism pays all round in Hollywood!
enquiry enquiry there’s another similarity.. how they gather everyone together at the end to point out the murderer. Hercule Poirot. Still boggles my mind what murderer would show up and be arrested so easily ! Lol
So what if they're similar? Sheesh, it's a series, they do the same formats give or take. It's not a big deal, if you dislike it, then don't watch it. Sheesh
I thought Burke’s Law was filmed in black & white. Or maybe I only had a black & white tv back in those days. I do remember those old color tube tv’s were expensive when they first came out. Was this a later day version because Gene Barry’s hair is more grey than I remember.
I love this new version of the classic TV Cop Show during the final years of Gene Barry's acting career done by the original producer of the show around the time the original 90210 was on the air featuring Matthew Starr Actor Peter Barton and Roots Star Bever Leigh Banfield along with Dom DeLuise. I was surprised it lasted two summer seasons 94 and 95 and was discontinued afterwards
Frankly, Loni Anderson looks better as a blonde, but I guess looking like a brunette makes her right for the part she played in this episode as Claudia Loring. This was the last time I'd see Doug McClure in a TV show after The Virginian and the short-lived Barbary Coast.
What the hell happened to Loni's face?!? She looks like a cartoon. I never thought I'd say it, but the original is way better. And what accent is Cyd supposed to have? It sure ain't Tula Ellice Finklea in Amarillo, Texas! Burke still working at 76? Just no.
Thank you so much for making the Burke's Law episodes available. Your hard work is much appreciated.
I 2nd that!!!💖

RIP Margot Kidder. Such a talent. I love this role of hers. Kooky and charming ❤
Aaaaah, Lois Lane....

Thank you for the series, the quality is very good!
I’ve enjoyed watching this series thanks for uploading !
The update of the rolls being two toned is very nice for burke!!!!
Peter said "call me if you have any more stories." Lol
Whenever they show the half-french marquise I keep expecting 'the nanny' to pop into view.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Well it's quite a coincidence that they are both in this episode together years before the Nanny.
Lol
Omg...Loni Anderson looks like a ventriloquist doll...lol
😂😂😂😂 yes she does
I can't stop laughing at ur comment 😂😂😂

Tqvm 4 uploading... the best quality movie of it’s era.. the sound & picture r so crystal clear...
Great episode with a stellar cast and a very good story. Thank you very much for sharing it, Mahone.
Dom Deluise, is such a comic genius. Thanks for posting🌸
I miss the 90s so much!
My favorite episode thus far.
I know it's just a show, but no wonder those cats are upset! They're locked in small cages! It's cruel, really.
Loni Anderson, Margot Kidder, Cyd Charisse and Doug McClure :)
.... those chickens never had a chance...
wisenheimer.
Charles Shaughnessy from 'The Nanny'.
Doug McClure's real death was just as tragic He died too young from lung cancer RIP Doug, Cyd Charisse and Margot Kidder
Gene Barry was a wonderful actor. I wish I could have met him in person.
One day you will meet Mr. B. When you get to Heaven.
And Cyd Charisse and Margot Kidder who appear in this episode!!!!!!!!!!!
I wonder if Dom de Luis just came in and ad libbed for all his scenes? He was just brilliant. I could watch him in anything.
Thank u for uploading this
Thank you thank you so much. 💛
Such a stylish show! We need more of them, especially now.
Seeing that jaguar in such a horrible cage is aweful

Then you might like the original version of Burke's Law, as well as The Love Boat, Murder She Wrote and Diagnosis Murder and Fantasy Island.
This is a murder show so there is violence, it's just not over-the-top and super gory. Also, plenty of sensuality, skimpily clad young women but no overt sex which is still quite tame and almost wholesome by today's standards.
"That young woman was right". Loni Anderson was 49 at the time.
LOVE THE SHOW ❤❤😊😊need to make more movies like Burkes Law
You’d balance a priceless 500 year old Ming vase on a pedestal, unsecured, in California? With the earthquakes? Silly.
Dom DeLuise was a regular in the series. Never understood why he always was credited as a guest star.
Guest star status probably paid him more per episode.
thank you so much for this amazing show episodes
Hi I’m Troy McClure.
If memory serves me right this was doug mcclure's last tv role
One of Doug McClure's last roles, shown posthumously. After not having any scenes with Cyd Charisse in his TV series Checkmate in 1961 and his movie Warlords of Atlantis in 1978, he finally got to do some brief scenes with her in this.
After seeing a picture of Doug McClure as his cowboy character in The Virginian, I think they based the cowboy in Toy Story on him.
29:00 Dom Deluise cracks me up haaaaaaha
Loni with dark hair! Also Joy Adamson was one of the naturalists in "Born Free"
Wow! Look at all of those beautiful candles. I would love to visit Tasha's place.
And Shane from Days of our Lives ❤
I love Peter Barton's accent. It is very touchy.
Oh my that's one cosmetic surgery gone gravely wrong ! 😆😆😆😆😆... Thanks for the uploading though .
Thanks for download 👍
Great episode
Why isnt this available on DVD or a Boxed set !?!? ....
Cause it's an old show barely anyone watched. There's 1000s of shows that will never get to be released. I just got lucky by seeing the reruns bein shown after 15 years.
Good one. I love it
That man is nuts and I mean nuts extremely nuts

Lots of well known actors
Mr sheffield is in here
And Marcia cross
One of the better episodes of the series. The only thing that it lacks is Boris Karloff or George Zucco. The script is far from original but it is funny & the cast seems to have had fun making this episode.😊
That man said sexisism!!! 😂
thank you for show
They say "J. Ross" a lot.
Loni Anderson as a Brunette???
Peter Barton look so nice in that black tux.
is that LONI ANDERSON prior to the bleach job?
enquiry enquiry that’s her but I’m thinking she was always a blonde . I could totally be wrong.
@@Heavenzvoice No, Loni Anderson is actually a natural brunette. She dyed her hair blond for WKRP in Cinncinatti. She said she regretted it.
And I think KRP predates this by a decade or more.
Many years after, not prior.
Is that Mr. Sheffield???!
Curiosity killed the cat, or the cat killed curiosity.
At 33:00 that's the same exhibit from Night At The Museum... Lol
The days when acting was just acting ❤
Missing the episode "Who Killed Mr. Gameshow?" Any chance you have that one? Thanks!
Will be up on monday/tuesday
@@mesicek7 Thank you
Another youtuber did upload it b4
GENE BARRY IS JUST A WONDERFUL GUY, ACTOR
This is the only time I saw Loni as a brunette
The beautiful and talented Cyd Carisse
Gotta laugh at the prop used for the valuable item.
Annabell Mendez yeah that thing looked like something from Pier One Imports! Lol
It's no bigger than a doorstop? It'll grow on you.

I saw the desperate housewives lady sitting among the bidders.
I love Vinny so much 😂
Reminds me of Mattlock, try to beat Mattlock, Dare
Hoola baloola bollocks
Looks like a Beretta M-92 in the kid's holster. Kind of a big pistol for a detective to carry concealed.
RIP Margot Kidder and Doug McClure.

No, you might be remembering correctly. Gene did an original Burke's Law in the 60's. I believe some episodes are here on RUclips!
Wow, Loni Anderson looks dead AWFUL in this. What did she do to herself?
Dom Deluise was great. Did he say sexorcism at about 29:30?
Of course it has a curse on it. I'd be shocked if it didn't😤
The Secret Curse Case of the Black Jaguar Mystery Riddle Enigma!
The marqui had gotten away with it if he had just been in Paris and used the hands of a hired killer.
100th COOOOOOOMMM...!!..BUREEEEEEEEE FROM BEFORE DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES WHEN. SHE WAS JUST A YOUNGER BAAABE..!!!

This was the last time I'd see Doug McClure in a TV show after The Virginian and the short-lived Barbary Coast.
lonnie anderson looks terrible with dark hair
Oh for God’s sake, get Dom DeLuise off this show - he plays exactly the same role no matter what show he’s in!! And it’s getting SO boring.
I like dom

What accent is that guy from France supposed to have? Because it doesn't sound French.
If the cliches sometime it cracks me up sometime to drive me crazy but the cliches make the show
Has anyone noticed how much emphasis they all put on the 'Ms.'? I can remember when the title was first used and it was always emphasized like that.
Without Lily...Burke would be SOL...
Troy McClure got his
RiP Cyd Charisse, Doug McClure and Margot Kidder.
Marcia Cross is soooo beautiful💕💞
Is that that woman’s real face?😳
“Screw you!”
Never knew about this series. Like them... But Peter Barton is really not good. Sorry
young women too easy
Bummers
This show is kind of cheesy.
So who is Peter's mom???
His father told in the earlier episode that her name was Sarah. She died when Peter was 11. That Gene Barry's character told Shirley Jones there.
