*I came across this quote "the work teaches you how to do it" on Pinterest and couldn't find a definitive origin...it looks like it might be an Estonian proverb. I've been holding onto this piece of wisdom as it's been so motivating to just keep going. How reassuring is it that the lessons reveal themselves when you show up and do the work?
