So I've made a little mistake in the video saying you need to get to Level 3 as a Painter/Tuner. In fact you need to have 50000 downloads or uses of your designs or tunes. At the beginning of the game when I was selling cars for 20 million we didn't have to do that and I remember specifically that you only had to get to Level 3 and it worked. This I'm pretty sure was patched to make it harder for people to sell cars for 20 mil around 2019. What does this mean? Well it just means you need to share more designs and more tunes in chances that people will download and use them on their cars. I'm sorry about misinformation but was just brought up to me now in the comment.

I remember after passing rank 3 on the tuner card I was able to start putting my cars up for sale for 20 mil. Then after shouting out all my tines on youtube people started to download them.

About leveling up in painter/tuner/photographer : u need only one design/tune/photo, just share and unshare it over and over and over....its boring af, but if leveling up is all u want, it works....

I'm currently level 105 and I've done probably 300~ wheel spins and maybe 40-50 super wheel spins and I've only ever gotten a legendary car 3 times... But I have like 250 pieces of clothing.
Money in FH4 is an absolute joke compared to FH3. Doing 3 easy races weekly will almost guarantee millions that you couldn't possibly spend all of unless you buy a different weekly event car.
