My biggest tip is to learn how to drive without driving assists. I still use the clutch because I play with a controller, but other than that everything else has been turned off. You have much more and better control over your car that way. It might be a bit tricky at first but it’s a lot better in the long run. You’ll also earn more money
Man, I've been so excited about Horizon 5. Today I pulled the trigger today on GamePass just to download Horizon 4 to hold me over until 5 comes out. Coming from a Motorsport 7 player, with this being my first time playing Horizon... wow. Idk how I've been missing out on all of this for this long
Everything in this video is true and great for a beginner. My 10 Forza Horizon 4 tips: 1.brake In a straight line, trail breaking only helps at the highest level if you can do it right. 2.Get your deadzones just right to be as smooth as possible. 3.Try outside the box ideas when building a car, rally suspension is surprisingly good when lowered. 4.Learn to drive on slow 2wd cars as fast awd are the hardest to truly push to the limits. 5. Watch videos that teach you about real driving and how things like suspension work (Driver61 and Chain Bear are great for this). 6.Meta cars are just good overall so try different cars to really go the fastest. 7.Looking at rivals leaderboards can tell you the best car for each track within a class. 8.Focus on your own line when driving to help with stress. 9.Rollcages are almost always useless in horizon. 10. Remberber to have fun, dont let other people ruin the game for you. Great video as always Hoki
Thank you for this video! Yes, I bought it on Steam, first time returning since the very first Horizon😅, so I feel like noob, but with the Forza Horizon 1 experience. Pro-Tip: Enjoy the game the way you want. If you're not enjoying the game, then why play? Find races you're interested in e.g. Race and Cross Country and do those first, maybe grind them, and the events you don't like e.g. Street and Off-Road at least win them once so you can see the event in gold to know you've done it.
Yea my forza horizon 4 has been glitched in the Microsoftstore for years (Microsoft just forgets i have this game and the launcher just stops after a few seconds) so i think i will just buy it on steam....
One thing I disliked was at the start of the game as soon as you were able to choose vehicles and races etc it just overwhelmed me with like 20 races to do and I was just feeling overwhelmed
I like to tell people that Forza Horizon is for people who love cars and a little bit of racing, and Forza Motorsport is for people who love racing and a little bit of cars. I love both, but I definitely think the fun of Horizon is trying out different cars and just driving them around the world. I play motorsport for racing because I'm not ready for Assetto Corsa or iRacing.
i used to play the pirated version till now cuz my card doesnt allow international banking, i know about offline gameplay but never played online.. im super excited
How about you make an updated video on the current online adventure meta cars? I imagine a ton of people are getting turned off cuz they are always left in the dust just because they have the wrong car\setup for a class.
Amazingly helpful vid! This is just what I was looking for, an all in one general "how to". I was bummed that I had features greyed out and stuck racing just my one car. This opened it up for me. Thx!
Is anybody else still playing FH4? I grabbed FH5 and apart from the new features, I’m not really enjoying the game as much as I did with FH4, I’ve ended up going back to FH4 as my main FH game, anybody else feel this way?

Anyway I just want to know how to change my tires to winter tires.. I am trying to do some races with my Porsche 911 Carrera RS because a challenge requires that, but it's so hard to win when my car is sliding around..
Your channel is _violently_ underrated.
Nice video! Keep up the great work.
What wheel rotation setting should I use for FH4?
Greetings from germany!
Yea my forza horizon 4 has been glitched in the Microsoftstore for years (Microsoft just forgets i have this game and the launcher just stops after a few seconds) so i think i will just buy it on steam....
You want to buy it all over? That's pretty expensive
I guess so, pretty damn bored these days
Buy assetto corsa insted my guy
@@axelode45 ahh mate i forgot that existed, might give it a try, plus i have a wheel so that should be pretty damn funn!!
@@svenvolwater5473 Do it!!!😆
Or get Asetto corsa competizione if you like gt3 cars
Thank you for this.
I haven’t watched it all yet, but since I finally could build a PC for me, I’ll be buying this game the next chance I get.
If you haven't bought it yet it's on sale on Microsoft store. Btw steam version sucks
@@Alimthehotty219 Ultimate edition 38 quid. I got it with seven hours left to go 😌
@@djdoolittle1315 nice bro!

Just buy the game like 1 month ago..having so much fun Racing even outside races or events just pure street racing honk 3 times to race start hahah
I already own the game and know everything he told about, but this was still interesting as hell lol
Lol
Awesome video. Just getting into the game and This helped me out allot thank you
I just started about a little over a few weeks on xbox one. I can do the races and stuff but there's still a lot that confuses me
do these events still happen? like the festival playlist
One thing I disliked was at the start of the game as soon as you were able to choose vehicles and races etc it just overwhelmed me with like 20 races to do and I was just feeling overwhelmed
Just got this game and a wheel setup with the shifter and pedals first time for all of it lol
just bought one today!
I just started playing FH4 earlier today, but i got a senna mclaren on my first day, and here i am, watching tips what to do next.
i used to play the pirated version till now cuz my card doesnt allow international banking, i know about offline gameplay but never played online.. im super excited
very informative. really hoping we get a boost in this game so we can have fun until the next horizon.
Thx!
Awesome guide, not a newb but still learned a thing or two lol
i'm not new to forza its just the first time i'm playing ever so i'm bad and these tipss got me for zero to almost hero
Is anybody else still playing FH4? I grabbed FH5 and apart from the new features, I’m not really enjoying the game as much as I did with FH4, I’ve ended up going back to FH4 as my main FH game, anybody else feel this way?
Just got myself a series X and downloaded this game, and this tips are pretty useful
