Hi, please can i start the exercise 3 weeks post surgery?
I can’t answer personal medical questions, but in general most people are able to start gentle exercises by 3 weeks. Check with your surgeon first!
Is treatment still possible after 10 years of surgery?
Hi! If there is limited range or function, it's possible to see some improvement, but the cording likely won't resolve if it's been 10 years.
After radiotherapy has coding . How long will take to dissappear? Thank you for the video
