I have been using MicMonster for AI voice overs, and I have to say that Eleven Labs voices sound so much better and way more like a real human. Definitely going to be using this for some projects I'm currently working on.
Hello, I am creating audiovisual content and I would like to use eleven labs to do it in different languages. I am looking for people who also want to have the subscription so that together it is cheaper for all of us or, failing that, someone who already has it and can pay for using it, are you interested?
Eleven Labs sounds great, but I find that all of their voices have a slight “tension” that I find undesirable. A sort of “constipated” tone and pacing.
Overall best software on the market right now. I've been testing multiple different tools for AI voices, and Eleven Labs is by far the best one for quality in price. Honestly, anyone watching this video should feel lucky. They're barely ranking on Google, so you'd probably never find them. Well done Kevin.
All of my short video files are over 10 MB. Ive tried to export them in 480p , low resolution and theyre still 37mb. The software only takes 10mb or smaller but wants more than 5 minus worth. Im having to clip all of my videos to 30 seconds or less for them to go under 10bm which will take forever to do over 5 mins worth for each video. Is there any easier way? Thanks!!
I am a professional voice-over artist, and I've been experimenting with this service for some time now. Kevin, from my professional standpoint, your synthesized voice is quite similar to your real one. It may seem different to you because it's rather emotionless, with the even intonation of a professional narrator, which is usually not typical for you. Additionally, people often hear their own voices differently than they sound in recordings. If you simply reduce the upper voice adjustment slider to below 50%, your synthesized voice will become more similar to your real one. Also, adding as many high-quality samples of your actual voice as possible will help increase the "similarity".
@@aqeelamin4350 Google recently started demonetizing youtube videos that were simply AI voices with stock photos. However, considering how real the cloned voices are, it would be hard for them to realize that the narrator is an AI voice.
It sounds amazing but it's a bit scammy. Each time you generate you get better or worse results and it also uses up characters. It should let you edit your script without having to keep paying out characters.
This is gonna be a bit of a rant, but AI text to speech companies pull that crap a lot. It's crazy how many AI voice companies are doing this. they reel you in with their near human-like voices and then expect you to pay X amount of money for Y amount of characters. On the subject of text to speech demo websites, a lot of them have taken away the ability to try out the voices. in addition, some text to speech sites still offer voices that sound as if they were made in the early 2000s! believe me, I;ve done my research.

That's the unfortunate thing about the program is the voices do not hold the same Cadence and energy as the ones you are cloning. They all sound slightly dull as if the person is giving a less than enthusiastic take.

What prevents people from using someone's voice as 'My Voice' and then slightly changing it. For example the female voice in your video sounded like a young Amy Poehler. Also do they now own your voice for others to use?

I cloned my voice and gave it to 4 people to listen to. I asked the question: "What strange thing do you hear in this text?". Nobody paid attention to the text. The first sentence of all 4 people was: "It's your voice, after all."
It's also best to point out that they charge your character quota per-request, not per download. This means that every time you click ‘Generate’, you will incur the character cost of your request. So if you're using the free version and you added 3000 words and generated 3 times, you'll have to go for the paid version the next time you generate. or wait for another month. Good software though :)
This is the second time I’ve watched a video that someone claims a nearly perfect text to speech AI is now available. Then they play the voice, and I admit it’s pretty good, but not nearly 100% authentic. It’s about 80% there. Then they go through the whole explanation of how things work at the site, and in both cases, get to the point in the site where they can recreate their own voice. They go through the process, and the voice ends up sounding about 80% right, but not nearly 100%. Then there’s the recognition that this really isn’t all that perfect. Seems like people can only hear the flaws in text to speech when hearing their own voice. It’s definitely better than about any other voice used in RUclips videos already being released, but no, it doesn’t sound human, and I’d be annoyed to listen to an entire audiobook with an AI voice instead of a real person. It doesn’t cut it. And does any AI allow you to correct mispronounced names or other words? Technical texts and names are usually a problem for AI pronunciation. Just ask AI to read a newspaper article.

Agreed, after trying out several speech to text programs, this one from Eleven Labs is the best one out there for realistic sounding voices. The program does analyze each sentence and create heightened inflections within the sentence on key words and key phrases to sound just right, plus it analyzes the mood based on the choice of words in the sentence and punctuation.

Thanks Kevin for this video. By following the procedure, I generated my voice clone . But I am not able to use this for the content in my lap top. It there is any method to import this clone to my lap top and use it, locally. Thanks
Cool video. But I have problem with it. With the free version i only have a limited number of words to generate, until theyre all used and i cant generate anymore. Do i have to buy a better version to fix this problem?
I purchased the $99/month package to produce an audiobook. Utter crap. Voice is mechanical. Pronunciation was remarkable bad: "Bible" as "buy-bell". Read acronyms as words. Read apostrophes everywhere as "es" so I was getting word's like 1970's as "1970s-es". You have to purchase correction time, and your time allotment is cut about in half if yo uwant 192 kbs, which is the minimum for a professional audiobook. So I used up my one month allotment in 27 minutes. There's also no mechanism to join pieces into a single unit. You know, an actual audio book., The interface cannot handle more than 8-10 minute pieces, so in the end you have all these little pieces of narraative and no clue about putting them together. So their claim that it's push a button and get an audio book is BS. All yo uget are a lot of little MP3 segments that sound like a robot talking. So at this price, I actually will do better woth Bowker AI (Deep Zen) service at $129 per finished hour, because they do the finish work. Ans it sounds to me like their AI voicing is better. Couldn't be worse. Lesson learned. I know there are writers who use Eleven labs to quickly get a crap version audiobook out to use as a lead magnet But if you want to SELL audio books, If you want to do a good audio book, even basically a good audio book, ElevenLab s is a very pooor choice.

These are VERY VERY VERY good voices. Humans are in big trouble these days, what with AI, and voices like these. It seems the algorithms even add tiny flaws. Can't possibly tell 90% of them from the real thing, and yet they don't have the "uncanny" effect you get if programmers don't add micro flaws. They even beat Murf, which isn't bad at all. And they don't mangle any pronunciations of foreign names, as far as I've seen. My topic contains obscure foreign names, and they say them better than I can.

Is there a way to give the AI voice more energy? so it can sound more enthusiastic?
I add exclamation marks to sentences.
They changed up the price it would mean a lot man if you could say out dated.
It sounds like a computer, prefer real Kevin😊
just not really interested in payed or online only AI anything really. thanks anyway
how come when i try using it it it says "unusual activity detected" im on the free one
You notice the fake by noticing the too short or long intermittent pauses between sentences.
I hope this can be an app for Apple and android 👏👏👏
Does 11 Labs allow you to add emotions like angry and happy to the voices?
Why would you not go over all the plans?? 🤦🏾♂️
The start sounds synthesised but after the opening 'Hi, everyone Kevin here.' it sounds realistic
I wish they had a browser extension
not free then lol
I'm going to talk to you about free shopping
you can enter free, but you only have to buy your groceries!
If you check their pricing page, they offer a free plan with 10,000 characters of voice generation.
Grammys for you and all your voices! Great review. Great software. Thanks.
Kevin's cloned voice failed to say "Today" in the distinctive way the real Kevin does. It also seemed a bit less enthusiastic.
Some of these voices have become annoying as hell.
Thank you Kevin, you help us!
Thanks a lot, already i know since two months and i tried about 80% is okay, for future will %100. This sound you can use for another D-ID avator. For the future videos you dont need explain your tutorials like this video, sound colon from elevlab, and Your future speaking like exact you according your voice colon. Still thank you so much from your time and teaching very specific and more detail. Your the best , i appreciate
I've tasted Mrs Fields cookies and, in my humble opinion, they are not a patch on yours Kevin...so keep rollin' them out🙂
🔝😂 nice example for the AI voice!
Hey does it work in spanish? If not is there an alternative program? Thanks, great video!!
Bravo Kevin Excellent Video Sir. I watched 3 other videos on how to download the voice you created. Your the only person that said go to the "history" tab. Thanks buddy.
It seems to be busy a lot. Also, is there a way to slow down the speaking rate?
Thank you. The Kevin AI generated voice did not sound quite like you. I would say it had about 30% resemblance.
