My bike is a 400 NK and I bought it in the Philippines. I found out why I cant bind my bike to the CF MOTO RIDE app.....I have no T-Box installed. I also learned that CF MOTO at first was adding the T-Box to most of the bikes they sold as promo deals but now they stopped doing that and its now considered an add on . The sales person lead me to think that I could navigate and even showed me the nav screen and explained how to bind the bike to the app. If anyone has considered buying a CF MOTO from MotorcycleCity ,Mandaue Cebu ,make sure and ask the sales person if a T-Box is installed to be able to use all the functions the bike has especially on the CF RIDE app
How would you go about throwing an intercom into the mix? Can you just connect the intercom directly to the display / app? (So that you can get a call and answer it through your helmet intercom, or hear the navigation)
Any idea how to get to the menu to change tire size or adjust the speedometer? Mine is showing 8mph faster. I know you can on the older models by holding select and turning on the key.
Could use some help! My CFMOTO app shows distance in MILES for navigation... I have the display on my Ibex 800T for miles... however the Navigation on the display will display in Meters and Kilometers... any idea how to change this? Thanks

Very informative, we have the CFMOTO800 MT Touring , have had all sorts issues trying the Navigation , phone side no problems , wondering if you have the 800MT front fender extension available , would be interested as dealer in Australia not sure if they will get any in. 👍🏍🍺🍺 John
Dealer in Melbourne said they want my 300NK back to install a module called T-Box in order for the app to work. I m waiting for the part for the last two weeks though. Hope that helps. I may update here once the module is installed and running.
Maybe check with the dealer/ importer for your country. We are a dealer in the USA and these bikes went right through. What's funny is that we don't even have a 625 touring bike in our USA line up! Enjoy the ride, Jared
Yes the clock can be adjusted in the settings, the manual should walk you thought it. After I did the first bike the rest of them were the exact same process. Thanks, Jared
Ciao, I set the clock when it was in 24h mode but it always returned to china time. I tried to adjust it first in 12h mode and then set the correct time and then it worked. After I set it in 24h and it remained correct.
@@3SeasRecreation I know how to adjust it by the book but it remains stuck on China time, the second we shut the bike down and turn it on again it goes back to china time.
I had the same issue, I finaly started a destination with the navigation and the clock went to the correct time. I guess it had to see the destination to get the correct time zone

To register I first had to download the app onto my phone and then click on the "Make Account" button. I followed the steps and it asked for a passcode that was sent to my phone from the app after I added my phone number. Then create a password. Thanks for watching, Jared

That might be because your motorbike didn't come with the T-box installed. Talk to your dealer as they might sell it separately (which is pretty unfortunate). The app does not connect to the motorbike unless it has the T-box installed. You can only use the bluetooth functionality with your phone but not with the Cfmoto Ride app. That'is why the VIN gives you incorrect...
My biggest gripe is all the backdoor BS thats going on with that APP. It has access to EVERYTHING on your phone. The HUD is most likely android based software. Probably be easier to root it and build your own display with android auto and whatever else.

Then they send you the code and you can create a pw and account. It came up with some crazy puzzle image where you had to slide the missing piece to the right spot to proceed. I then I got hit with the bad vin/missing tbox bs. Hoping that resolves on its own like it did for some. Or that my dealer needs to register my tbox.
@Djayman yeah the guy that owned it previously didn't un link it to the app soo it was still linked to his username on app I just sent a email to cfmoto and sent a pic of my purchase paperwork and the released the vin from the last owner so I could link it to mine soo if you buy used just know this might be a common thing

Everything connects successfully for Bluetooth but as soon as I try to use the navigation the app won’t register my destination?!?!

i think you cant hear music from the bike, but you can switch between your songs or playlist from the bike buttons
You phone should be able to connect to multiple bluetooth devices and toggle which media you want to play through.
Thanks for showing how to get into the navigation feature! CFmoto stuff in general can be a little on the unintuitive side until you know the trick'

Try to reset your password to log back in cause I don't believe there's a factory reset feature. The app definitely needs work.

@@eamonmcdaniel3052 The fix is to use a symbol eg. # % € etc in your password it works.
CFMOTO in Oz are the ones who helped me out.
