Did you purchase this outright like you actually own it or did they send it to you as an influencer marketing deal (which they are clearly doing with other influencers atm). Your review on Ricoma is gonna be pretty important to me as I trust your opinion. I have also been researching industrial machines for months now and pretty much settled on Ricoma until a couple weeks ago when a bunch of bad reviews and opinions started popping up and made me apprehensive. I’m looking forward to following your experience
I purchased it outright. I had the same experiences with the negative videos popping up but decided that with there customer service I can figure it out and get it to function properly should I run into any issues. I will most likely join their affiliate program but all footage you see here is 100 percent to show what if any issues I run into and how I’ve fixed them and what to do should you have issues. After doing my training I’m really confident in the machine and can’t wait to get started using it. We will see what happens.

i have mt 1501 ricoma 3 years i have a problem with it i can't do anything without n err breaking down and every time it breaks the threads i solved my problem so i had to buy another machine and i am very satisfied melco they are the best on the market
Big Willie came to my house when my MT 1501 was having issues right before he started doing the videos. Most of the time I love my machine
Very impressive company!! I agree I would go with a company that really works with their customers because you’re going to need help with a machine like that. Also, if you’re happy you’re referring new customers & when you’re ready to upgrade you’ll stay with Ricoma. The way it’s threaded is like my Serger but the sergers only have 3/4 threads not 15! 😳 Congratulations on hitting your business goal!!!

i have a ricoma most of it is user error and they definitely can get the job done. is it equal to the "higher end machines " i don't think so but i get grade A quality from mine just be patient you'll be good

I’ve been considering purchasing the em-1010 and have seen some bad reviews and videos. I’m glad this video came up on my feed I’m very interested in seeing how yours does because I’m still not sure weather or not to purchase it

Hi what is the best machine for a older person. I have been using a se600 for all most 2years . That 4x4 is not big enough for me anymore. I am a hands on person ,so It might take me a little longer to work things.

How may hours was your training at Ricoma?
I don’t remember. But i wish i would have recorded more of it or payed for the recording because 85 percent of it it I don’t remember. Some prices information about trouble shooting and adjusting for caps etc. i don’t remember any of it. Smh. I would estimate about 3-4 hours. It’s available to anyone when you attend and purchase the vip package at their annual deco summit which is hasn’t happened since the pandemic. But it was an awesome and enlightening event.

If you are under contract and received this machine in exchange for good reviews and referrals than you must disclose that. The laws are very clear in this matter. I have a pretty good idea you are not 100% transparent about this.
That’s your option and that’s ok. I’ve shown my viewers my synchrony bank paperwork in the synchrony app just because I wanted to. I payed out of my pocket for all of my embroidery machines and my dtg machine and i am fully transparent. Anyone can have any opinion I’m ok with that. Get what works for you. I don’t owe anyone anything and that includes explanations. The results and videos of me using my machines speak for themselves. Thanks for watching though i appreciate it.
