Sir.. Kya kya kha sakte h.. Ek diet plan boliye.. Koi idea nhi h.. Almond, kaju, khajur sab kitne mehenge h.. Sab koi effort nhi kar sakte h.. Humlog ye sab to roz nhi kha sakte..
You need only 3-4 nuts in a day, for eg. 3 almonds, 3-4 kaju 1-2 dates , 5-7 raisins etc. 15- 20 in total. Or you can take more or less according to you needs

You need only 3-4 nuts in a day, for eg. 3 almonds, 3-4 kaju 1-2 dates , 5-7 raisins etc. 15- 20 in total. Or you can take more or less according to you needs
