This tip has changed my farming life! Now I can sell EXTRA tape and wood panels without worrying about replacing them, they will come. Then there is room for different upgrade stuff! Hay, it's like constantly getting a barn upgrade:)

Hi. I have a trick I do when I wheat farm. Not sure if you do this but when I farm wheat I also farm Chicken eggs, bread and sometimes giraffe feed. I do this while I wait for my wheat to sell and grow because these items require wheat to make. When you collect eggs and bread they also have a chance to give expansion items and you can also sell such items at full price easily. If done right you can keep the wheatin going nonstop so doing these additional tasks will not hinder your wheating.

Hi GizmoSpike, I am not understanding wheating.The wheat I harvest goes into my Silo. How can I fix my wheat going into my barn instead of my Silo ? The only wheat going into my barn is combined wheat that goes to my Sanctuary to feed the sanctuary animals. Thank you in advance !!
Is it possible that you always get kinda the same extra items if you don't reload the game? Had like 2 hours of not getting a land expansion item but got many many dynamites and saws, refreshed it and got new items

How did plant and harvest so fast? I thought it was one row at a time. Does the same apply to waking animals first? I have noticed the last 5 times I have fed the horses and donkeys I got nothing. Or is this the full barn thing too?

how do u put so much wheat out so fast? it looks like big blocks being put out instead of going line to line.
What do you do with the extra wheat after you harvest it? I usually sell mine for 1 coin per 10 wheats so it goes quickly. Otherwise my silo fills up too quickly.

Yes sell it in your RSS or to the farm visitors. You can sell for full price. It will still sell quickly because wheat is hard to find in the DD lately.

Thank you so much for the advice. I struggle all the time with my barn and Silk always being full and it becomes difficult to move basically. I can't tell you how many times I was excited to see in the ad that there was an item I really needed only to find that I was full and couldn't take it. I am disabled and unable to work due to health conditions so the last thing I want to do is spend money on the games but have done so to upgrade my barn and Silk many times. I also made the mistake of buying too many trees and shrubs thinking there must be easy ways to get rid of the dead ones, but alas, I have been looking, asking, and waiting for axes, and especially saws. Is there any tricks to getting those easier? Thanks

Soooo, question! You only get the items to upgrade silo/barn when you harvest wheat, not all the other crops? This entire time (not long, I’ve just been introduced to the game, as crazy as that sounds- about 3 weeks!), I’ve been thinking those items come when you harvest any crop!
No, any crop works it’s just that wheat has the shortest grow time so you can harvest multiple times in one sitting

Hi I just started playing a few days ago, do you suggest this for early game or mid / late game? I’m only level 13 and my shiloh fills pretty fast. Any suggestion of when or how I should go about wheating?
You should start as soon as you start playing the game. The sooner you wheat the faster you'll be able to upgrade your barn and silo and the easier the game will be with more space to play. Try selling the wheat for full price in your RSS because it will give you good coins. You will run out of silo space quickly at first so you should just be constantly selling the wheat as you wheat. If it doesn't sell fast enough at full price lower it to base(10 coins) but it should sell at full. Good luck.

You can plant that much wheat by placing both fingers on the plant or sickle and spreading them out while planting or harvesting!

Hi Shannon. Every crop will give u free stuff. You can even get stuff from harvesting from fruit trees and bushes but the reason why we wheat is because wheat is the shortest crop at only 2 minutes so basically you can get freebies every two minutes. 💙

Off topic but it’s a burning question of mine… is there any way to keep foxes off my farm? And any tips for getting rid of them? I know they’re not harmful - I just don’t like them wandering around on my farm. I have stone walls and/or fences around most of my farm but they’re still able to “infiltrate”. And they take a long time to chase away. Any tips welcome!! Thanks!!

@@lostinthought2116 Thanks for your input. I pretty much have my entire farm fenced in. I don’t have a lot of frogs - just a few here and there. And I don’t have a lot of flower decorations around. Someone had told me they’re attracted to the cherry trees so I have my cherry trees behind a fence now, too. It’s been better lately (knock wood).
I been playing this game since it first came out back in June 2012. I love this game but i have very little patience lol.
How are you planting and harvesting so quickly? I know that you can touch your fields with 2 fingers and harvest multiples at the same time. But it looks like you're doing it in large blocks.

I do some wheating but with 14 farms when I start a new farm I get the pets that eat carrots first and more carroting than wheating
I think this means make enough room in our barns for the prizes BEFORE harvesting ANY crops, or forfeit prizes. Full barn is full. GREAT tip!! Hay, to sell lots of carrots, I drop the price to 69, sells fast! :) Happy Farming!

Please can someone advise how I can play Hay Day on my laptop? I did google this and subsequently downloaded Bluestacks but the game is not on Bluestacks. I do play various games on my iphone, but with Hay Day I am now finding it difficult to see on a small screen - just me getting old I think 😅. I'd be grateful for any advice. Many thanks.

So basically you have to out two fingers on the sawing symbol and stretch those two fingers and everything between those two fingers will get harvested. It‘s hard to explain without video but i hope it was good enough.

There is tip youtube on how to do this on the tablet
I calculated some stuff when you do this you get prob 3expensions in 2 min so in 1 houre you get 60 so it’s not bad not that guide but it does work

Place two fingers on the sickle. Spread your fingers while still holding the screen and you will harvest everything in between your fingers.

My game just stopped giving out freebies all of a sudden and I don’t have a full barn I even did a HORRIBLE choice and knocked my barn down to less then half and it still isn’t giving me my free stuff. I went from getting one every field to nothing at all.

Hi Katelynn. How long have u been Wheating for today? And what level are you? Believe it or not there is a cap on daily freebies but unless you've been Wheating for like all day it's basically impossible to hit it
