Hello @richardwoodhouse8397, Thank you for your question. This village is technically in south Pattaya but it is a short jog to Jomtien. Jomtien beach (10 mins) is closer to us than Pattaya beach (15-20 mins.) We have a four bedroom, three bathroom house with a large yard. It has a gaurded gate, a village fitness center and swimming pool. We pay $925 a month. With the current exchange rate that cost is 32,000 thai baht. Our electric bill is about $200 OR 7,000 thai baht Our water bill is $6 - $9 OR 200 - 300 thai baht Our total cost to live very comfortably in this home is $1,130 give or take a small dofference in the power bill ranging from $15 to $60. We have lived in three villages sonce we ha e been here. Rent in the first, smallest house and village was $15,000 OR $450. This was a 2br/2bt. This proce did Not include electric or water. Second village was a 3br/2bt cost $660 to rent. This house had a well, so watwr was included but this price does not include the electric because i have forgotter what that looked like while living there. We have not purchased a home yet. For now we are comfortable moving around and trying our different living accommodations.
