I love your chrismas family story because, I can imagine you giving your aunt the box of queen cherries and I can imagine your aunts face lit up when seen it. Thank you for sharing your sweet story
Queen Anne's cordial cherries are indeed a holiday treat. They are either you love them or hate them, very few middle road drivers on them. I personally adore them, so did my dad. They are nothing more than maraschino cherries that have been dried a bit then rolled over and over in powdered sugar, then dipped in melted chocolate. The liquid in the middle is the maraschino juice oozing through the powdered sugar while the "white" stuff is what is left of the actual powdered sugar that settled under the ooze. We also have the straight caned candy akin to your Black Pool! You can find them all over the place in a variety of flavors and colors. Walmart generally has a center display near the main entrance with them stocked. They come in all sorts of wild and yummy flavors.

I get the Queen Anne's for Christmas every year. I love them but I this I only eat less than a half dozen between the 25th & New Years. They are so sweet. I still make fudge ever year just the way my grandmother did. It gets snagged up fast.
My mother prided herself on her divinity recipe. But with us being from the Kansas Oklahoma, Texas area, she always had to deal with humidity. It's amazing how food can bring back such fond memories! Your grandmother's divinity sounds delightful, and it's great that you have those special treats to look forward to during the holidays.
My mom made divinity candy only once in my childhood. By her comments, it required specific weather to make it right, or it would turn gooey. The other Christmas candy she would make was chocolate fudge, using a recipe printed on the Hershey's cocoa powder tin. I have made fudge a few times since, and it's very difficult to make correctly without (or even with) a candy thermometer. Its saving grace is that even if you screw up and it turns out crumbly or too soft, it's still delicious.

You’ve got to try these Little Debbie Christmas trees. I remember when I was 6 or 7 my mom and I tried to make chocolate covered cherries. They were really good but it was a nightmare to make. We were up so late and almost cried. Every year we bought chocolate covered cherries and reminisced about how terrible they were to make but tasted so much better.
We appreciate the suggestion! It’s always great to hear about holiday snacks that hold special memories, like those cherries. We’ll definitely try those Little Debbie trees!
Ever since we were very young, we ALL got into the act on "Russian Teacakes", from grinding the nuts (always walnuts, carefully watching for bits of shell) in small batches with the hand-cranked chopper, to fork-shaving the sticks of margarine to make them easier to mix with the other ingredients, to forming dozens upon dozens of the little balls, to running the baked cookies through the first and second powdered sugarings, to carefully packing them into the lidded punchbowl we used for storing them. Mum never had to go all "Little Red Hen" on us kids when it came to making ANY of the Christmas cookies. (In fact, there were probably times when she could have done with a little LESS help from eager little hands.)
@@merriemisfit8406 mom called it Russian tea cookies. My husband thought it was dry. I was like hey drink some tea or whatever. But I love them. It is very much a memory of my mom.
Snowballs (Russian Tea Cakes) are my favorite of what you have there. I roll mine in powdered sugar twice about 5 minutes apart to add just a bit more sweetness because there is very little sugar in the batter. The frosted sugar cookies are a 1 out of 10 for me. They are tasteless but for the sugar. Even if they had more vanilla or some orange zest they would be okay but as they are...just YUK from me. Molasses Cookies are my second favorite. you can buy After 8 Mints here in the US also. I think I have even seen them at Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Rumballs are supposed to be aged for a while so the rum mellows. If you eat them the same day, they are like tossimg back a shot of rum. My grandmother used to make these and also bourbon balls. People raved about them, as a child I thought they tasted nasty but they did hit me with a bit of a buzz. Queen Anne Cherries are a holiday classic and they are also a relatively inexpensive gift which is why I think they are popular. I honestly have only known one person who actually liked them and I would give her any that I received as a gift.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Snowballs sound delicious, and I appreciate the tip about rolling them in powdered sugar twice. we'll definitely have to give that a try next time!
Those frosted sugar cookies are divisive and I happen to agree with you on them. I think they’re fine, probably better with tea or coffee, but overall too dry and too sweet. I love snowballs and molasses cookies though! And decent gingerbread, too. My local store sells Walker’s gingerbread men this time of year but I’ve yet to be able to try them because they’re always sold out. I love regular Walker’s shortbread though, it’s one of my favorite cookies. And whomever suggested Christmas crack is a real one. That stuff is so good. I’ve known people to sprinkle a little sea salt on top or crushed candy canes but I like it as is.
The queen Ann’s isn’t bad, it’s just not the best. My mom ends up getting a box every Christmas. My brother use to get them for her, thinking she really likes them. She just never told us it wasn’t her favorite. After my brother passed a way 6 years ago. One of us other kids, keep the tradition alive.
The Ghirardelli company has been making chocolate since 1852. Their headquarters were originally in San Francisco, and are now in San Leandro (across the bay from S.F.) There's still an outlet store and ice cream shop in San Francisco at Ghirardelli Square. The company makes many flavors of chocolate squares similar to the peppermint bark you tried, and has many other products as well. They have an outlet store at 643 5th Ave, San Diego, near where you live. A tasting video of nothing but Ghirardelli would be fun.
Great video as always, but I wish you had tried eggnog. I like it with rum. I feel like it's equal parts traditional and divisive. Like the candy corn of Christmas.
Hey folks, 💫 just remember this tip whilst in America-when in doubt, Always choose the "South"(Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, Alabama, etc.) for pecan pralines, Mississippi mud pie, fried apple or peach turnovers, buttermilk pie, custard/egg pie, caramel cake, etc. and you'll neveR go wrong with your new "experiment" taste tests in the future (anything after that would be: The Midwest, The East Coast, The West Coast, The Southwest and some parts up North)! 💫
Different candy canes have different tastes depends on the brand but they're all pretty much peppermint tea but quality varies. The tradition is really mostly to decorate the trees Christmas trees with the candy canes and then you can eat them too.
@@thebritstryThis year I can’t have Xmas crack ! Had 2 dental implants in October. Can’t have popcorn, nuts, anything crunchy until the crowns are put on ( in January ). Sooo… I’ve decided to make Super Bowl crack and Super Bowl Chex Mix for the game in February ! 🏈 😁

We would crush candy canes and add to vanilla ice cream. Christmas crack is so good! It's delicious and EVERYONE makes it and loves it!! You can even crumble pretzels on the top too!! You guys did great on everything!!!
I use to get a big jar of cherries, pour brandy on them and let them sit in my fridge for a month. I would cover them in chocolate for Christmas gifts. They were so good!
@@thebritstry It's a little bit of a torture too. Everytime I watch I am salivating. What's next!! It gives me joy to see your eyes pop out at new food. Like yes!! You absolutely need to try that. The southwest has its regional flavors as well, not as homogenous as people think. You guys should try TX-NM-Mex tristate area.
That was awesome you guys made your own hot chocolate so much better than the packaged stuff. The Queen Anne chocolate-covered cherries have two different kind of choices one with creamy nougat in it and one with syrupy stuff in it. Them molasses cookies looked delicious. Did you all have a stomach ache after all that eating that sugar? 😂.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! We had so much fun trying those snacks, and your insights about the Queen Anne cherries are appreciated. Thanks for watching
Wow. I haven't tried that! I always get a box so I can have at least one & think of Christmases past but it just too rich to have more than one every now and then. So that's a great idea.
LOVE LOVE LOVE that you tried molasses cookies!! Me & my sister just made a huge double batch of those for our family. Our has ginger juice, white pepper, cayenne, coriander, clove, cinnamon and cardamom for spices then we roll it in turbinado sugar before baking. You two are awesome, I love your videos!
22:39 We have a version of that candy called "Candy Sticks" or "Stick Candy". They're often found in old fashioned candy shops or local farmhouse type places alongside what we call "rock candy" which is sugar that's recrystalized on a stick and many times, maple or honey candies.
Cherry Cordials are a love it or hate it item. My dad loved them, even more since they were the one chocolate item he never had to share with anyone. He used to buy cases of them during Christmas to store in the fridge and freezer so he had them year round. I still keep a box I bought for him just a few days before he passed away in my fridge two years later to keep that little Christmas tradition alive. Queen Anne are the easiest brand to track down but most US chocolatiers make their own in house versions.
Fun video! Recommendation (not holiday specific): Little Debbie Cream-filled White Fancy Cakes. Freeze them, then blitz in the microwave for 30 seconds. The cake will stay cold, but the filling will melt. This is the most delicious thing from my childhood...
Amish shops here in Ohio have what you referred to as Rock candy, I would love to see you guys try glass candy. It is sugar boiled mixed with flavoring and poured out then shattered like glass. Its always made around the holidays.
When I was a kid the cordial cherries were typically ninety-nine cents per box and there were more of them in there back then, so they were very popular to give as an inexpensive gift or to pass them out singley to friends. We make dozens of snowballs and rumballs every year. The rumballs are best kept in a tin for about a month before eating so they mellow. We also make a candy called Martha Washington Balls which are cocnut fondant creams covered in dark chocolate.
Don't get me wrong Walmart has a time and place , but a fresh local bakery will always be better, the homemade cookies you made for the first time prove the point. As always love your videos, take care and best wishes
Every year i get queen anne(the blueberry, French vanilla, dark chocolate and milk chocolate) I LOVE THEM, i get summer sausage and cheese and fruit cake the one that is sticky that everyone hates i love them but im also a candy corn person and the Valentine heart candys. @1:46
You two are so cute with your reviews. I am glad you prepared some of them. I have made several of them also. In the rum balls I use rum flavoring, but I agree with you, they would taste good without the rum. Thank you, Merry Christmas
I decorated a trees with different flavor candy cakes once which was a big hit with the grandkids. They would go straight to the tree when they would visit and pick a flavor.
My mom and grandma used to make cherry cordial candy. They eventually stopped because Queen Anne's were available. Yes, divinity candy is similar made with egg whites whipped with a hot sugar syrup. We always had fudge.
You missed my favorite, the Holiday Shortbread Christmas Cookies at Walmart, they cost $4.68 for 15 cookies, three rows of 5. I just got 2 packs for about $10.00 with tax, and they are really good. They are small cookies about 3 inches round and a half inch thick, they are in a clear plastic package by the apples and tomatoes, on a shelf right in the main aisle. The chocolate covered cherries are ok, but nothing special, I usually do not get them. One of my other favorites are the little chocolate, caramel, and pecan turtles.
The snowballs are also called pecan sandies where i live. My grandmother made them every Christmas and they were very good. My favorite was her cream de mint brownies and her 7 layer cookies. Homemade gingerbread cookies are better than store bought. Some can be more cakey, others are more crispy.
The treat my family always had each Christmas was our wassail! It was something you put on the stove, heated it up and just left it there for days, adding more water to keep it from getting too thick. When I was manager of the dental office, I would put a crock pot of it out for our patients to sip on either before or after their appointments and the loved it. I have made it in years past and I bottle it and take it over to my neighbors, they mention that they would really like it added to their alcoholic drinks. I can see that working, but we don't drink. It is made with apple cider, pineapple juice, frozen OJ, frozen lemonade, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice. It is best if made and cooked for a least 2 hours before you want to have it as the flavors meld together into this glorious symphony that you simply cannot put down. It is really rich, but tart, sweet, but yet tangy and thick......it really is amazing. Not all Christmas treats are cookies or candies.
I’ve been making the crack for years. The recipe I use calls it Pine Bark and with my family it would go so fast. Some years I even did a double batch. On her own (I believe) my sister started calling it crack because it is so addictive, you can’t stop

We appreciate the suggestion! It’s always great to hear about holiday snacks that hold special memories, like those cherries. We’ll definitely try those Little Debbie trees!
Cordial cherries are everywhere at Christmas and most place year round if you look at the grocers.
They were surprisingly Good!
they're disgusting
I’m addicted to them.
Merry Christmas Guys 🦍🧔🎄☃️❄️ From North Carolina USA 🇺🇲🇺🇸
Happy Holidays to you too!
My grandmother made homemade divinity. It was delicious. Its an old timey candy.
Thanks for sharing your memories 😊 maybe we could try making some at home
My mom used to make “snow balls “ every Christmas for us. Kept in a jar for us to snag one every now and then. Nostalgic memories for me.
Thanks for sharing your memories!
We have After 8 mints in the United States. I have been eating them for decades 😊
Oh!! We will have to try to find them in time for our Christmas meal!
@@thebritstryThey are sold in most stores including drug stores and I believe walmart. 😊
And if you can't find After 8, Andes Mints are a good substitute.
@tamarakaddatz9955 True!
All of the snacks looked great especially the homemade ones. Great review!
Thank you so much for watching! We're glad you enjoyed the video!
What a fun video!!!!!!
we are so glad you enjoyed the video! Trying new snacks is always a blast! Thanks for watching
Almond Roca,or homemade toffee!! My fave!
Yes! Just made the second batch today.
Thanks for the suggestion! We'll definitely have to try them next time we're filming. 😊
I think the rum to use with that recipe should be 3 Star Plantation Rum. It's really smooth, really nice, & not overpowering
Thank you for the suggestion! We'll definitely have to give it a try!
Thank you for sharing your favorite holiday cookies! You’re right that Christmas crac is the best!
Thank you for sharing your tradition and memories!
Andrew you're allowed to have an opinion, we give you permission 😜😄😂🤣😂
Thank you!🤣
You guys make me laugh! Thank you❤
We're so glad you enjoyed it! Laughter is the best part of trying new snacks! Thanks for watching
Candy Canes are a standard Christmas tree decoration. It's not just a candy I bet you didn't know that.
That is so interesting! We will have to try hanging some on our Christmas tree. 😄
I live in PA and ❤Hershey’s but Ghiardelli is the best chocolate. 🍫 😋
@@Jeff_Lichtman They have a huge outlet in Key Largo.
Thanks for sharing! We'll have to check out their outlet store in San Diego.
I think the Cherry Cordial candy is a really common and easy gift. Thats probably why they stock up so much on them.
Thanks, that was fun!😊
Thank you for watching and Happy holidays!
Great video as always, but I wish you had tried eggnog. I like it with rum. I feel like it's equal parts traditional and divisive. Like the candy corn of Christmas.
Funny story!!! We bought some to try in the video but completely forgot to get it out of the fridge 😊 we still have it so we’ll give it a try👍
We’re going to make Italian Snowballs and Pizzelles tomorrow. I Love how the snowballs just melt in your mouth!!! Keep up the Great Work!!! - Nick
Sounds delicious! We'll have to give those a try in the future. Thanks for watching!
NY has great bakeries.
@breezedarkstorm666 They dO, after the South! ✨
Thanks for sharing your tip! We'll definitely keep that in mind. 😊
Different candy canes have different tastes depends on the brand but they're all pretty much peppermint tea but quality varies. The tradition is really mostly to decorate the trees Christmas trees with the candy canes and then you can eat them too.
Thank you for the information!! we'll hang the rest on the tree😊
I'm so glad you tried the Christmas crack! Growing up we kids would get my dad Queen Anne cherries every Christmas. He loved them.
Christmas Crack is up there with our favorite dessert or treat!! delicious... Thanks for watching
This year. I will spend Christmas alone. I never knew how hard that was until now. I am a 54 year old man. I hope I am a good person and the greatest thing I found this year, was your channel. I embark on an adventure, every time you UPLOAD. You are both beautiful, and a remarkable people. I don't know what button to press to give you hugs or love, but I don't really get emoji's. You have infected the world with your wonderful spirits. Merry Christmas and thank you. Thank you for for thoughts. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your love.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re sending you lots of love this Christmas!
Yall are so great ! Love yall and God bless you sweethearts!
Thank you so much! We appreciate your support and glad you enjoyed the video!
I know this may sound weird, but I love your guy's backsplash above your counter top.
Thank you! Home Depot tiles…
My favorite has always been the Snowballs. Mom used to call them Nutbutter balls. I loved them so much. She used to make so much every Christmas. The Nutbutter balls, Fudge, Divinity, Pralines, Fruit cakes and Fruitcake cookies, Butterscotch marshmellows, Chocolate chip cookies, Oatmeal cookies and Butterscotch Hay stacks. Im sure i forgot something. Bless her heart she went all out.
Thank you for sharing those sweet memories! It’s heartwarming to hear how much love and effort your mom put into making those delicious treats. They sound amazing!
Yes they were. She was amazing. Really enjoying yalls channel. Yall make me hungry alot. Lol!
My late MIL made a lot of these, so did I, but she also did homemade chocolate covered cherries and buckeyes.
My Aunt used to make the best buckeyes and mincemeat cookies.
Those homemade chocolate covered cherries and buckeyes sound delicious! It's amazing how food can connect us to cherished memories.
Luv Ya, Brits !! ... Happy Holidays!! 🎄🎁🎉🍬🧑🎄🫵🙏🙌✝️. ..... I agree, flood your hot chocolate with marshmallows, SHARE all those confections that are WAY TOO SWEET, and definitely add some fruit cake, bunuelos, and some biscochos to your list of things to try !! Merry Christmas !! 😂🎄🧑🎄🎁🎉
Thanks for the suggestions! We'll definitely try some of those next time!😊😊
@@thebritstry ...Love All of your videos !! 🫵👍👏
im shoving chocolate covered cherry in my mouth as i watch this its a tradition you hate it or love it everybody has a side tfs
We really enjoyed them! we were very surprised. Thank for watching.
Ok, first off...LOVE the sweater and t-shirt! LOVE the Queen Anne cherries! They have been around for DECADES! My mom would get them every year and we were only allowed one, lol. It's a holiday staple.
2nd...what hot chocolate recipe did you use because I need that in my life.
I'm not a fan of cake cookies like those. No Andrew, they are dry.
We are glad you liked the sweater and the cherries! And you’ll be happy to know, the hot chocolate recipe has been uploaded today on our new 2nd channel. ruclips.net/video/dLFYuij3F6g/видео.html The channel is called Two Brits Try and we have just uploaded to it today.

We would crush candy canes and add to vanilla ice cream. Christmas crack is so good! It's delicious and EVERYONE makes it and loves it!! You can even crumble pretzels on the top too!! You guys did great on everything!!!
Sounds delicious! Christmas crack is delicious.. We'll try adding some pretzels to our next batch.
I use to get a big jar of cherries, pour brandy on them and let them sit in my fridge for a month. I would cover them in chocolate for Christmas gifts. They were so good!
Yummy
Wow that sounds absolutely delicious! I'm going to have to try that!
Green is soooo ur color girl. This brit couple is a sweet watch.
Thank you! We had a blast trying out those holiday snacks together! We appreciate you kind words
@thebritstry 👍🏼😊
I buy extra Queen Ann Cherries and put them in the freezer. Absolutely wonderful when a bit cold.
Wow. I haven't tried that!
I always get a box so I can have at least one & think of Christmases past but it just too rich to have more than one every now and then.
So that's a great idea.
That sounds like a great idea! We’ll have to try that next time
If you jingle when you move, you should tell people it's because you're rich.
🤣 one day hopefully
MUST try a sweet and salty Christmas Chex mix recipe...or a sweet one...or a savory...or a spicy.😂😂😂 Soooo many different recipes.
Thanks for the tip! We’ll definitely try that
LOVE LOVE LOVE that you tried molasses cookies!! Me & my sister just made a huge double batch of those for our family. Our has ginger juice, white pepper, cayenne, coriander, clove, cinnamon and cardamom for spices then we roll it in turbinado sugar before baking. You two are awesome, I love your videos!
Thank you so much for watching and for sharing your recipe with us! We will have to try making those!
22:39 We have a version of that candy called "Candy Sticks" or "Stick Candy". They're often found in old fashioned candy shops or local farmhouse type places alongside what we call "rock candy" which is sugar that's recrystalized on a stick and many times, maple or honey candies.
Thank you for the info! They sound interesting, we’ll have to see if we can find some 😊
Sausage balls!! You should make sausage balls
Sausage balls sound delicious! We'll definitely consider trying them out in a future video!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful memories! We really enjoyed those cherries
Those frosted cookies are polarizing to people you love them or hate them.
Absolutely! Those frosted cookies definitely spark strong opinions. It’s always interesting to see how taste can vary so much!
We have After Eight mints here in the US.
Oh great! we didn't know that and we haven't found them yet. Thanks for the info!
A crisps version of the molasses is a ginger snap here that comes out for holloween Ivan’s are the best
Oh! Thanks for the info.. next year we’ll have to try to get some.
Awesome video as always, I'm a sucker for molasses cookies and cherry cordials. I'm going to check out your new channel next!

Some fine choices there, but where was the Fudge? One of my favorite Christmas treats. Thanks for the video!
Next time! Thanks for watching
Great video as always and Merry Christmas to you two.
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you too! 😊
Aldi stores in the US have great holiday food items. A lot of German imports.😊
Fun video! Recommendation (not holiday specific): Little Debbie Cream-filled White Fancy Cakes. Freeze them, then blitz in the microwave for 30 seconds. The cake will stay cold, but the filling will melt. This is the most delicious thing from my childhood...
We’ll be sure to try that hack, thanks for the tip!
The Queen Anne are the low quality chocolate covered cherries. The much better brand is Cellas chocolate covered cherries 😊
Thanks for the advice! We haven’t tried cella’s yet. We will have to look out for them
@@thebritstrymuch better
Our teachers use to give us boxes of the cherries for Christmas.
Thanks for sharing your memories!
I lived not too far from the Queen Anne factory and the smell was fantastic. I do associate them with Christmas and Valentine's Day.
That is awesome! They were surprisingly good.
Love you guys , but your wife is not only lovely but hilarious. Her smile and happy heart are infectious.
Thank you so much! We love sharing these moments together, and I'm glad her joy resonates with you!
Amish shops here in Ohio have what you referred to as Rock candy, I would love to see you guys try glass candy. It is sugar boiled mixed with flavoring and poured out then shattered like glass. Its always made around the holidays.
Thanks for the suggestion! We're always looking for new snacks to try!
Thanks for sharing! The Queen Anne cherries really surprised us how good they are. Thank you for watching😊
I hope you have a merry Christmas and a happy new year ❤
Thank you!! and you too!!!!😊
Don't get me wrong Walmart has a time and place , but a fresh local bakery will always be better, the homemade cookies you made for the first time prove the point. As always love your videos, take care and best wishes
Thanks for watching! We're glad you enjoyed the homemade cookies.
Every year i get queen anne(the blueberry, French vanilla, dark chocolate and milk chocolate) I LOVE THEM, i get summer sausage and cheese and fruit cake the one that is sticky that everyone hates i love them but im also a candy corn person and the Valentine heart candys. @1:46
Thank you for sharing your holiday snack tradition! It’s always great to hear what others enjoy during the festive season!
Hershey's makes wonderful cherry kisses at Christmas & Canada Dry a delightful Cranberry soda!
Thank you for sharing these recommendations! I love discovering new treats for the holidays, and I can't wait to try them out!
You two are so cute with your reviews. I am glad you prepared some of them. I have made several of them also. In the rum balls I use rum flavoring, but I agree with you, they would taste good without the rum. Thank you, Merry Christmas
Thank you so much for the kind words and for sharing your holiday traditions! Happy holidays to you too!
I decorated a trees with different flavor candy cakes once which was a big hit with the grandkids. They would go straight to the tree when they would visit and pick a flavor.
That is a great idea!
I always love that brand of cherries. 7 is a very accurate ranking, but they are not for everyone.
They were very good! But very sweet 😊 thank you for watching
Use the peppermint stick to stir the hot chocolate and add marshmallow or whipped cream
That’s a great idea! We'll have to try that next time.
My mom and grandma used to make cherry cordial candy. They eventually stopped because Queen Anne's were available. Yes, divinity candy is similar made with egg whites whipped with a hot sugar syrup. We always had fudge.
That sounds delicious! Homemade treats always have a special touch. Thanks for sharing your family's candy-making history with us!
We’ll have to look for those! Thanks for the tip!
Cella’s Cherries are way better. They have a clear liquid center. Not as sweet as the white creamy center. Cella’s are my favorite:)
Thanks for the advice!
I was looking for those Queen Anne cordial cherries. I didn't find them in our local Walmart this year. They go well with coffee.
Seems like they were all sent to San Diego😂 They had stacks for them! So glad we tried them they are very good. Thanks for watching
The snowballs are also called pecan sandies where i live. My grandmother made them every Christmas and they were very good. My favorite was her cream de mint brownies and her 7 layer cookies. Homemade gingerbread cookies are better than store bought. Some can be more cakey, others are more crispy.
Thanks for sharing your family recipes! We'll have to try making some cream de mint brownies.
WIth the candy canes you can hang them on the tree as a decoration as well as a treat you can grab.
Thank you for the advice!
you two are amazing. love the content!
Thanks so much! You are so kind. Thanks for watching
That sounds delicious, we'll definitely have to make it.
I’ve been making the crack for years. The recipe I use calls it Pine Bark and with my family it would go so fast. Some years I even did a double batch. On her own (I believe) my sister started calling it crack because it is so addictive, you can’t stop
Thank you for sharing your family tradition! It sounds delicious
We call that toffee, & put crushed pecans & Christmas colored sprinkles or sugar (red, green) on top after spreading the chocolate 🎄Merry Christmas!!
Thanks for sharing! We love toffee too. Happy holidays 😊
