The trip was absolutely amazing. A lot of hiking to get to the top of mountains and see great views. I brought a copter with me and did some high speed flying and some pretty sweet dives down vertical cliffs. Unfortunately on one of those dives I managed to block my RF signal and the copter ended up at the bottom of the sea.

@David Windestal : Good because many drone flyers get good footage by the virtue of luck but you seem to incorporate some of the better rules for good photography. Like the rule of 2/3rds, for example. Your editing is damn good, too. Sorry for the loss of your copter.
Any chance you have an article or video about some one who might want to try to tackle a tricopter? First I'm interested in the differences between them and 4 motor ones. I've looked up this stuff in various stores and the part that stops me is the PIDs and how to program everything. I can solder and make circuits, but tricoptering would be quite a jump. Thx

I have been practicing cliff diving with my single rotor helicopterz(250 grams). I want to go do it in the Faroe Islands but not sure if I can afford it. I went to Ukraine on this past Thanksgiving weekend. The airfare was almost 3 thousands USD. The most epic Faroe Island diving video I have seen is Scenic Relaxation's.
