Even though I make it it always come out different sizes and shapes. What temperature did you have your oil in? I need to invest in getting a high temp thermometer. Thank you sister Milz! 350 F is what I keep the oil at, I believe that is around 177 C. I used to make them different shapes and sizes too... but my OCD kicks in, and I have to make them all the same lol. Much love to you and the family! We are headed to Samoa in about 2 weeks, I hope to get lots of good pictures there! Alofa to you and your Aiga always!
