I mostly like using him with Zhang Jaio or Huang Zhong. His damage is actually very strong if you don't miss. His Blind is also really strong and can counter Zhuge/Lu bu with Correct play. His ultimate also is good for chasing (if enemy flashes, you can flash in and ultimate) but it really just depends on playstyle.

Hopefully the next Apt 20 is good. I do have Lu bu so my Team is competitive. I just haven't used Lu Bu much because I been enjoying using Apt 20 (:
