This inspired me to make one using what I had in the cupboard, I mixed oats and chia seeds and added cinnamon powder, maca powder and tiny bit of coconut sugar to the mix. Toppings are blueberries, strawberries and a dollop of PB! :D Yum!

Whenever I make anything with chia I always hide and eat it when my daughter’s not looking bc she’s allergic to chia seeds, but she always wants to eat what I’m eating 😂 I’m gonna try this first soon. It looks yummy 😋

I have been making banana milk since I was a kid, I have never heard of anyone else ever making it! I sometimes add a splash of vanilla. Something new I have been doing is adding some Match powder for a different taste.

You can chew them and crunch them up a bit when they've soaked!

It's always best to buy USDA organic! We haven't experienced anything but positive results! As with any food, moderation and variety is best!

If you eat a whole foods plant diet, you can eat tons of food and not get fat.

Carbs are totally safe and healthy to eat if they are in the whole food form!
