Blame the new showrunner after s4/s5 to take the show in weird direction.. they could have been better seasons after s4 but they kept going down because none of the villains posed an actual threat to the flash and the arc used to get extended unnecessarily and with filler episodes... The forces arc was good but the godspeed arc could have been done better.
Not realy, they didnt shit all over his character, they wrote him out then shoved him into legends of tommorow then he left for the most part. Tbh i think him being gone saved him from being corrupted over time like other characters had

I honestly have not watched any episodes from like the last two seasons, but I knew I had to watch this one and it did not disappoint. This episode has been the best episode in a long time for me. So happy they brought Oliver back, I miss watching his fight scenes.

God…I am SO glad we got to see Stephen as the Green Arrow one last time. I am so glad we got to see one more epic Arrow fight scene. The rest of the Arrowverse would not have been possible if Arrow’s first two seasons - and Stephen Amell - hadn’t been as glorious as they were. Even if we don’t get to see Supergirl or the Legends one last time in the Arrowverse before it all ends…I’m happy with this.

That is the best Flash fight this series has ever delivered. You can see whats happening even in the night setting. The CGI for the speedsters isn’t harsh to look at and it even has a nice motion blur to it.
And it makes me angry because its unnecessary, superspeed is the most easiest and cheapest power to capture on screen just have them run in the streets speed up the film and add lightning effects it would look 10X better

I loved Oliver’s battle but the speedster cgi kinda wish it was season 2 and 3 type. But the speedster battle cgi was okay. I really wished this season was not focused on Chester and Allegra relationship. I felt like it was forced and better for them to stay as friends. Khione is interesting still and I would like to learn more about her, but only 4 episodes left there isn’t much to learn about her. But overall good episode
