- As we enter the spring market of 2024, I thought we could take one last look at the industry insider’s projections for home prices for this year. We’re actually going to touch on all the big wigs in one video. And thanks to a friend of the channel and one of the best researchers of real estate analytics, Lance Lambert, he made it really easy to do this. These projections range from home prices falling 8% to home prices going up 7% so this should be interesting, depending on who you believe. So today we’ll take a look at Lambert’s article for Resiclub titled “What to expect from U.S. home prices in 2024, as told by 15 different forecast models” and I’ll chime in with my opinion as well.

Market is extremely hot in Bay area where i am from, just last 6 months, the house I bought is up about 10% and houses getting multiple offers and way over asking.

@@CarynGardiner Not compared to other state or local markets. I think that it might be a MS issue right now even though we are getting more industry. I may have to wait 3 to 5 years to move.
