    Never heard about refraining from cooking or appearance about living alone. Always wondered about the possibility of theft of valuables, but never thought about meds. Good point about the obvious pest control evidence.

    Should my furniture be removed along with everything else? Just wondering if my couch or desk would be offensive to someone. I'm sure it, along with everything else, will offend someone.

    Hi Caryn. I grew up in Bethesda. I’m renting my apartment in a couple of months and I was curious what you thought about furnished, partially furnished or empty. I would be providing a one year lease, renewable.

      Not necessarily. Just make sure they are not there for showings and keep the house clean and free of any pet odors

    The pet thing is impossible if your still living there with a pet. Not sending my pet anywhere. They can kick rocks

    Personally I think that is a stretch that having political books is a bad thing. I kept all my Republican Presidents books out along with my financial and other books out with my last house. It sold in seven days.
