They all were trained by Japanese agency Avex in Japan since like the youngest at 5th or 6th grader under the 5 year project. It's more like they moved to Korea the company established for localization about a year before their debut. They did that to promote from Korea globally. The producer is a Japanese (half Korean) and were a Avex trainee himself and graduated from Japanese university (of Music).
