Hey! I hope you're having a beautiful week so far! In this video I'm sharing with you how you can get the most out of the work you do with practitioners in your health recovery journey. Who we choose to work with on our health is super important. If you haven't watched my recovery story - go check it out - you'll see just how bad it got when I chose the wrong person to help me. ruclips.net/video/eUcoMqxi3SI/видео.html ❤️❤️😘😍

Did you heal from Ehlers Danlos as well

@Invite the Light Hi! I don't claim I'm cured from my EDS because I was born with it and I'm still incredibly hypermobile. But I don't suffer from chronic pain anymore or any of the other symptoms I had. So I guess it's mostly in remission, which is so much better than what I was experiencing before. ❤️❤️❤️

@@rachelAO that’s great to hear, do you believe and are you trying to fully heal it? I deal with this but many many other symptoms and I’ve been believing I can heal all of this, I guess I was born with this as well always had joint issues hmm 🤔 I now deal with many neck and spinal issues associated with Eds :/

I have had to sort my issues out the hard way as well. My doctors kept saying "you will likely need to be on this medicine for the rest of your life". I was not having any of that. One day I just and stopped all my medications and started listening to my body and eating healthier etc. I was going to have to figure it out for myself. I had about 8 different medications at one given time. It seemed every year they (I) added or changed a few. I felt like a lab experiment ~ "I understand your pain lab rat". I really thought they (I) knew what was going to work, but hell, they (we) are just people not gods lol. I gave about 4-5 years of my life to this type of experimentation until I stopped. Some of it was self inflicted but I was not completely sure what was going on with myself. I was giving up though. It was my mind that broke in the end. I said "I will not medicate myself to death" "I want to be happy and free from medicine". Be very strong, dont give up hope ever, listen to good intuitions, and find a good support team. Cheers to Rachel. You are a great support teammate, mate lol.

You've totally had a journey to work out what works for you and what doesn't. The people we choose to do that journey with are super important. I am so proud of what you've achieved and how far you've come. You're amazing

Thanks K! Yes it totally is a learning experience. I'm glad you're persisting because that's one of the key things. If we give up nothing changes.

Hi, just found your channel🙏🏻☺️ Can you please speak about digestion, I have been doing the Lemon water, CJ, HMDS and vegan eating, but my stomach and digestion went high wire, making me spend my time on the lu🙈 So now I can’t do the 369 because of that😒

Hi Jacqueline! Welcome! Sorry you're spending a lot of time in the bathroom. I'm not a nutritionist, my realm is the emotional side of ill, but I do know that some people get a bit loose with the CJ. It can be quite cleansing. For me it came in waves, but if for you it's happening all the time maybe consider getting some assistance from a practitioner.

Can we eat banana in ibs?...because they say it is high in fructose and cause ibs symptoms.

I can't really tell you what you should or shouldn't eat. But I ate loads of fruit (and continue to) and they helped me immensely with my IBS.
