Yes it is. I use this for around 4 years and it still works if i use this for note taking and some light paperworks maybe bellow 20 pages. I also use this for drawing but it's get lagged when i use big resolution and use more than 20 layers. Charging time about 2 hours and a half. If i don't use this iPad much the battery still works for about 18-24 hours. But when i use it for school maybe about 8 hours. I don't know why but mine still has a really great battery. 😅
Yes this stylus is actually my old one but in other video i put the carrot case on it. ^^ hmmm about which is better, the functionality is the same. and there is no special feature on both of it. Both of them works like regular touch. The main difference is the power button and the tip. This stylus use a power button but the other one use touch to turn on. This stylus has metal tip and the other one has plastic tip that look like apple pencil. Sometimes the sensitivity of the other stylus that have plastic tip wasn't as good as this stylus that has a metal tip.
Yeah i think the metal tip is likely to scratch the screen. Even though ipad mini 2 has a strong screen and i don't find any scratch using it without screen protector for years. Haha maybe in the near future i would try to make a review about the stylus that i have. :3
I know the pencil don't support in old generation ipad but I really want a pencil cause I really like to do digital art doing with finger it's hard. So can I ask u how can get the pencil.
