@@vicentegrasset if you were to go with android, i'd recommend the tab s6 lite. it's affordable and comes with a digital pen... a very beautiful build if you ask me. however, you did mention that you'd use it for illustrations and if you really want the apple device just because of procreate, the best iPad mini model to get is the 5th generation since most digital pens with pressure sensitivity and palm rejection are compatible with it. hope this helps!
quick tip, if you dont want to press the assitive touch button then hace to go down and click it just go to settings and then assistive touch and then click single tap, then click home.
Netflix looks so clean there is there some way to edit how things show up the quality and graphics just look so crisp and the way everything is spaced how bright thinngs are
that is why… You have used new Apple ID that hasn’t yet have history of purchase. iPad mini 2 is already an old device and apple removed their support with it and are focused on newer releases. For you to be able to download old version of netflix, you must download/purchase it first from a supported device running latest version of iOS or iPad OS (using that same account). From then, you can go back to your old iPad and download it. If no available device is available, try borrowing a friend’s account that have downloaded the app already.

Yes, it can run Canva. Just that it’s running the older version. So ypu might not be getting the newer features like what you can have in Newer iPads, but in terms of usability, it’s definitely helpful. 😊 Hope my answer helps. ✨

Do you think it's worth to get this Ipad at this point if I just want to to do the same use for uni (just Apple Notes) or it would lag? I just want to stop using my phone for it to get a bigger screen (since I feel like I look kinda weird using my phone too) but I can only afford this Ipad.
if you will just use apple notes and other note taking Apps, I don’t think you will experience any lag. Opening the app would feel a bit slow, but it’s not noticeable. In overall rating, I don’t recommend getting this iPad anymore, but as you said that you will just use this iPad for note taking. I guess it should do the work. 💕
I go to settings > General > Software Update make sure you have internet connection for the latest compatible updates to show. If there is still nothing showing up. Try updating your iPad or restoring using iTunes. ☺️ Hope it helps.

You can just Update the Software if Possible. The latest OS of iPad mini 2 is iOS 12.5 So far, iOS 9 is very old now so it’s hard to find apps that are compatible to it. Though you can still download apps if you have purchased them before. If that’s that case, try borrowing accounts from friends ask them you’ll just use it to download apps in the App Store
if you’ve purchased it before yes.If not… I think it’s gonna be impossible. Because I think it will require now the higher version of iOS. Procreate was so good though, no lies on that. I’ve tried using it and I loved it. 🥰 But I did not purchased it, I used my friends account.

All day and even last until the half of the next day. But it just last up to 8 hours when I am binge watching in netflix or other video streaming platforms. But when I am just simply scrolling, reading lessons and on wattpad. It lasts a day and half.
Make sure you have other iOS device running iOS13 or the latest version iOS14. Purchase it from there (Using same Apple ID) after that, you can get it on your old devices from purchases. If you don’t have, you can ask a friend, make them log in your apple ID account just on app store and get them download all the apps that you need using your account.

How do you install netflix? Mine is also ipad mini 2 but netflix is just compatible for ios 13 or more..
make sure you have device running iOS 14 or 13, purchase it using that device and you can download netflix from your purchase history on your iPad. The version of ios is old already so it will just download the old version compatible to the iOS too.

Hii i'm currently using ipad mini 2 and im struggling on how to use it. I Can't download apps that i like for my ipad 😭. My iPad's ios version is only 9.3.5
You can just Update the Software if Possible. The latest OS of iPad mini 2 is iOS 12.5
So far, iOS 9 is very old now so it’s hard to find apps that are compatible to it. Though you can still download apps if you have purchased them before.
If that’s that case, try borrowing accounts from friends ask them you’ll just use it to download apps in the App Store

How did you download Netflix? Mine says is not compatible
Make sure you have other iOS device running iOS13 or the latest version iOS14. Purchase it from there (Using same Apple ID)
after that, you can get it on your old devices from purchases.
If you don’t have, you can ask a friend, make them log in your apple ID account just on app store and get them download all the apps that you need using your account.

Also how did you declutter or restart your ipad? Mine says i only have hundreds mbs of available storage but I only have few apps and no photos saved so I was wondering how it got full and how to delete them.

Do not be worried about apples software updates. They’re made to make your ipad more usable despite the age. ☺️
