How To Reset Your Swatch Chronograph Hands

Are the chronograph hands on your Swatch wristwatch not reset to the top 12-o'clock position? Don't worry. A Swatch cannot be opened and repaired, but there's no need to open it. These hands can be easily calibrated and reset to their upward position.
What you need to do is pull the crown to the first position, like when you set the date, and then each press of the top button - the one you use to start and stop the chronograph/stopwatch - will move the tenth-second hand. A long press will move it faster. Then do the same with the bottom button, the one you use to reset the chronograph. Doing so will move the large seconds hand. Now pull the crown all the way out, like if you're going to reset the time, and click on the top button to move the minutes hand.
Once done, push the crown back in place.

Swatch don’t even give manuals anymore and they are selling watches with the hand intentionally offset on some watches like the spaceship countdown ones to mimic a countdown.

What watch do you have? If it has other buttons then try those. Also, there isn't always an option to fix all hands. If it's a different model, look on RUclips, maybe someone else has experience with it. Good luck!

So I just complained about my Swatch Chrono arriving with the Chrono not working properly. I wonder if they will refund me before I tell them that I learnt how to fix it. There's more to it than tho, it arrived with a bent battery cover and a dead battery. Guess they couldn't get the battery cap off.
