TTR Under New Management - Updated Hardmode Club President Fight

Club President got some nerfs, such as her Bunker Shot dealing less damage per extra hit and receiving a 20% damage vulnerability for each cog defeated.
The Bunker Shot nerf addresses a way to fix it at least, I just don't think the damage vulnerability is necessary at all.
Shame this technically isn't rewardless though, the Unite wasn't needed but just a panic moment from my buddy which is understandable.
