I have no interest in camping (or cycling for that matter), I guess I'm just too old and appreciate being comfortable. Still I find your video fascinating, and what impresses me the most (aside from your "sisu" ) is the production quality. I would still be impressed if you had said "oh, I have a camera crew following me around" but the fact it's only you behind all of it is nothing short of fantastic. I can only imagine the time and effort going into planning and shooting all the B-roll, and yet again I have to give you lots of credit for your exceptional drone footage. I gave up watching regular TV years ago and I probably spend 3 to 5 hours most days on RUclips because of all the fascinating people on the platform. Your channel in particular is why I keep coming back day after day, and I will do so until the day you switch the lights out. Well done Rosie for a terrific video AND channel! 👍👏

Wonderful as always. You make us feel we’re right there with you, roaming the wild forests and cruising those roads. Showing us the Sweden we live in but haven’t yet discovered like you have. Thank you Rosie!
Wow Rosie, that place you were in at 23:03 has it all - lake, forest, hills. Just so gorgeous. Could see you building your own cottage in a place like that, or further north. It's much wilder up there. The transition at 26:31 took my breath away. The ferry ride was visually stunning! The light! The colour! The water! Yes, the production is outstanding, as is your endurance, dear Rosie.
Lovely video! When I'm hiking I always use freezedry meals on the road. You might already know this but in case you don't: There are some fantastic brands out there like Real Turmat (Norwegian brand?) that taste like proper homemade food. They weigh between 100-150gram per package and are good for 500-600 calories. What also works great for breakfast/snack or lunch are hartkeks. Not sure if they are called that in English too. They are basically biscuits with a high calorie intake and they taste great. Sorry if this is all known to you and I'm giving unasked advice 😅
@wildrosie yeah but absolutely worth every cent. I tried multiple at home before doing a long hike and I'm glad I did. Real Turmat is everything I need. Plus you can use the bag to warm you up when you wait 8 minutes before it's ready. You can put it under your sweater of between your legs! It's such a game changer on cold and wet days. And when you use a freezedry meal your pot stays clean. You only need to dry it off.

I'm too old and broken to roam now. To get to adventure once again with you, Rosie is a wonderful treasure 😊. Thank you a million times.
At 76, I've had the same thoughts. My thinking at the time, in my 20s, was that I'd get traveling out of my system as a young woman. And that's how it worked out. Now I'm so content to just be at home and work in my garden. And sometimes remember the traveling days, always with great fondness.
Rosie I can appreciate the time and creativity that goes into making these beautiful videos for us to enjoy. Thank you for taking us along on you adventures
I love the freedom of cycle touring. I think it's the best way to travel. You cover good ground, meet interesting people & have time to stop and "smell the roses" (or road kill as the case may be). There's great appetite and sleeps, and existing so simplistically, everything one needs on the bike - a home on wheels. I love how awesomely strong I feel, being in the flow. Been caring for my elderly Mum for 5 years. Looking forward to new adventures once again. Thank you Rosie for sharing your beautiful simple life.
How wonderful it is to spend some time with Rosie and decompress from my everyday life. All of your videos make me feel relaxed and ready to start a new adventure. Thank you for sharing your life in such a beautiful way.
Ik ben eigenlijk trots op je omdat je van Hollandse heritage komt. Zo multi talented Rosie. From an elderly Dutch woman in California. I have been following you for a long time. Petje af !!! ❤❤❤❤❤
No matter the destination, bicycle touring quickly becomes soooo much more than just getting "there". The memories will truly endure for a lifetime. Hope ya have opportunity/interest to do many more. It can become habit-forming. And, yes, there will be days when "anything can happen" and turns out that's good thing.
I backpacked/bike toured for years without a stove subsisting on pb sandwiches and instant hummus, then I met my husband and we started adventuring together and he carried a MSR whisperlite and the cooking gear and I instantly fell in love with hot food/drinks on the trail. Something about sipping a hot coffee in the morning or eating rehydrated mashed potatoes as you watch your surroundings in the evening is so simple and basic it really warms your soul. You really inspire me to keep embracing discomfort as I age (I'm 63 now). I love your writing about thru hiking. Turns out we may have passed each other on the PCT July 2019 near Stevens Pass WA. That makes me happy to think about. Glad you got your well deserved escape before the winter.
The level of production is incredible. The panning shots, the framing, the colours, the music, the cuts, the narration. Fantastic!

At 76, I've had the same thoughts. My thinking at the time, in my 20s, was that I'd get traveling out of my system as a young woman. And that's how it worked out. Now I'm so content to just be at home and work in my garden. And sometimes remember the traveling days, always with great fondness.
Thank you so much for the way you produce these and for the adventures you go on. Your work is wonderful.
Simply beautiful!
I love vicarious travels.
😊 💜
Rosie I can appreciate the time and creativity that goes into making these beautiful videos for us to enjoy. Thank you for taking us along on you adventures
Amazing! What an adventure! Rosie, you are so courageous. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Sweden. Extraordinary filming!❤
What a wonderful little journey.
Beautiful imagery and narration you found such beautiful places to set up camp. Awesome video. Thanks for sharing.🦋
I love all of the drone shots! great video
You are so strong and so brave. I look forward to your videos.
Ik ben eigenlijk trots op je omdat je van Hollandse heritage komt. Zo multi talented Rosie. From an elderly Dutch woman in California. I have been following you for a long time. Petje af !!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Good morning from South Africa. Spring is here. Inspirational trip.
Brilliant piece of filming of an amazing bike tour by a fearless woman ! 👏👏👏👏👏👏🌷💕🌷💕🌷
I love what you're doing with your little house and aren't bikes just a complete joy?
Rosie, I am so impressed with your biking and camping trip. Please take all of the precautions to keep yourself safe.🥰
Thank you so much Rosie for this wonderful video!😍🇨🇦
Rosie, what an impressive young woman you are. Thank you for sharing this trip with us and showing us beautiful Sweden. 🧡💚🧡💚
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing your journey!
Thanks for taking me along. What a beautiful and wonderful trip.
A fairy trip Dank je wel voor alle prachtige beelden
It's so amazing. 1500 Kilometers alone in the swedish countryside. Much respect to you.
