The only what make see the Stereoscopic depht, is the fact the 2 Lenses are 6 centimeters placed like our eyes resulting in a parllaxe, but the 2 Images needs to be always in focus
means both pictures left and right needs to be sharp. How you say the 3D Stereoscopic Effect comes also from it, because sometimes one of the pictures is out of focus
devinitively dont helps to create the Stereoscopic 3D Effect, the opposite is the case: If again and again one of the 2 pictures are out of focus and not sharp, this will result
to make the viewer headaches ! In this Video is very well to see how the new Autofocus-Function of this Cam is not working properly, because the focus of the 2 lenses is not
syncth. Both lenses would need to have always the same focusdistance, means the same sharp picture, but this is not the case.
How you say it would help to trick ouer eyes to see Stereoscopic 3D because sometimes one of the 2 pictures is out of focus, is complete nonsens and
i think you say this for to make the consuments to think this would need to be like this, but its a fault of the Autofocus from the Cam !
Is to hope there are still the manual fucus presets from the previous camera-firmware and is to hope with this focus presets both lenses have the same focusdistance...

Had a 35mm 3D camera in the 90’s. It was….okay. Took weeks to get them developed, but we got some interesting shots of skateboarding and the dogs. Haha

Horrible sensors and dynamic range with every single highlight blown. This is mobile phone camera quality of 15 years ago.. absurd.
